A state employee who monitored operations at the Wayne County juvenile jail

Police say the woman is under investigation for possibly sexually assaulting a 15-year-old boy in the facility, and at least two other employees are under investigation. The state put in around the clock monitors in March last year after a 12-year-old boy was allegedly sexually assaulted by other youths in the troubled facility. No names have been released.
