Many Christians view the Bible as a steadfast rulebook that forbids them from engaging in certain behaviors, including the consumption of "sinful" art. While this is partly true in that there are certain clearly defined acts that are forbidden, Christianity is in actuality a personal relationship between oneself and God, and it is up to the individual in consultation with God to decide what is morally right for himself to do.
