In this video I teach Hunters how to get the Rune of Cobra Strikes in World of Warcraft Season of Discovery. You will need to headto Tarren Mill and purchase Freshwater Snapper Bait from a wandering merchant names Zixil. With the bait you will summon a turtle named Koartul from a nearby lake south of Tarren Mill. The Rune of Cobra Strikes will drop of of Koartul.
