This is a super easy scrumptious Recipe for Popovers, you can serve them with a Soup, Salad, Dinner or even for Breakfast with Butter and Jam.

Popovers
Ingredients:
4 Eggs
1-1/2 cups Whole Milk
1/2 tsp Salt
1-1/2 cups Flour
3 tbsp Butter, melted
Butter for greasing of Tin

Preheat Oven 450° F
Grease entire (top & wells) Muffin Tin.
Place Tin in Oven.

Mix together Eggs, Milk & Salt.
Incorporate Flour, mix well.
Add Butter.
Fill hot Muffin Tin Wells equally with Batter.
Bake 20 Minutes, reduce heat 350°F.
Continue baking 11-14 Minutes.
(DO NOT open Oven Door during baking)
Serve warm.
