#30 Karolina

Karolina was a healthy young woman who experienced minor ailments, but after undergoing treatment within the medical system, unfortunately found myself dealing with chronic pain and a disability. When those in the medical field informed her that the condition was permanent and nothing further could be done, she chose to take control of her own health. Karolina adopted a carnivore diet as my first step in this journey, which began in 2020.
