Israel Moment #1 - Christians Are Citizens Of Israel - Hello this is Pastor Steven Anderson from Faithful Word Baptist Church in Tempe Arizona, and this is the first in a series of short videos on Israel, that are going to prove beyond any shadow of a doubt that the Jews are not God’s chosen people in the New Testament. But that rather we as believers, we as Christians are God’s chosen people. And it doesn’t matter what nationality we’re of. We’re God’s people if we believe in Jesus Christ. - In the course of these videos we will also prove that the modern day nation of Israel over in the Middle East, is a complete fraud. Frankly, the physical nation of Israel has been replaced in the New Testament by a spiritual nation that is made up of all believers. Now, I could put all this into one long video that would be several hours long, and have hundreds of scriptures that we are going to use from the Bible to teach this, but rather I am going to put out just a series of short videos, that just give you one digestible truth at a time, line upon line, precept upon precept. - Today we are going to focus on Ephesians Chapter 2. We will just do one scripture per video that proves these truths. Let’s start in Ephesians chapter 2, verse 11. The Bible reads “Wherefore remember, that ye being in time past Gentiles in the flesh, who are called Uncircumcision by that which is called the Circumcision in the flesh made by hands; That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world: But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ. - So right there the Bible is speaking unto the gentiles saying that when they were without Christ, he says “you are aliens unto Israel, you are strangers of the commonwealth of Israel, or the nation of Israel”. But he says “now you have been made nigh by the blood of Christ. Listen to verse 19. It says Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints, and of the household of God”. So according to this scripture, we as believers are fellow citizens of Israel. He says that we were in time past foreigners, we used to be aliens and strangers of the nation of Israel. But now we have been made nigh unto Israel by the blood of Christ. And he says we are no longer strangers. We are no longer foreigners, but that we are fellow citizens of Israel. According to this scripture, I am a citizen of Israel. You are a citizen of Israel if you are a saved, born again child of God. This alone is a powerful scripture that teaches that we in the New Testament are the chosen people of God. - Stick around for the rest of these videos; there are so many more powerful scriptures that teach this. Israel Moment #2 - So-called “Jews” are not real Jews - Hello this is Pastor Steven Anderson from Faithful Word Baptist Church in Tempe Arizona. A lot of people today will tell you that the Christ-rejecting “Jews” are God’s chosen people. Now I am going to prove to you from scripture that God does not even recognise them as Jews. Listen to Romans 2:28. The Bible reads “For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh: But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God.” So this scripture tells us clearly that he is not a Jew which is one outwardly. So we look at people today that OUTWARDLY look like a Jew, or identify themselves as Jews. We look at them and say “oh, that person is Jewish, that person is a Jew.” God says that he is NOT a Jew, which one outwardly. You say “Well, he is circumcised.” No, the Bible says “Neither is circumcision that outward circumcision in the flesh”. It says “he is a Jew which is one inwardly.” - Now what does that mean? Well the Apostle Paul wrote unto the Philippians in chapter 3 verse 3, “For WE are the circumcision which worship God in the spirit, and rejoice in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in the flesh.” So according to Romans 2:28 and 29, these OUTWARD Jews, people who call themselves Jews, people that are circumcised in the flesh... He said “they’re not Jews, God does not regard them as Jews.” He says “WE ARE the circumcision who worship God in the spirit and”- watch this- “and rejoice in Christ Jesus.” - Let me ask you something today. Do the so-called Jews living over in Israel or living in New York today, do they rejoice in Christ Jesus? Because if not, then they’re not the circumcision in God’s eyes. They’re not the Jews in God’s eyes. The Bible says “we’re the circumcision who worship God in the spirit and rejoice in Christ Jesus, and have NO confidence in the flesh.” They have all their confidence in the flesh today. They believe that they are God’s people because they are descended from Abraham in the flesh, or because they are doing a lot of works in the flesh, the works of the law. But the Bible says that we as Christians today are the circumcision. We’re God’s chosen people. Israel Moment #3 - Jewish Synagogue = Synagogue of Satan - Hello this is Pastor Steven Anderson from Faithful Word Baptist Church in Tempe Arizona. Today I want to talk about Revelation 2:9. In the last video we showed in Romans 2:28 and 29 that he is not a Jew which one outwardly, the Bible told us. Neither is that circumcision which is outward in the flesh, but he is a Jew which is one inwardly. Keep that in mind as we read Revelation 2:9. The Bible reads “I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but thou art rich) and I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan.” Now in Romans 2:28, he said “he is not a Jew which is one outwardly.” That means that when God looks today at the people that call themselves Jews, he said if they don’t believe in Jesus Christ- Philippians 3:3- then they’re not circumcised in the heart, they’re not a Jew of the heart. They are a Jew outwardly, but God does not regard them as such. - So that’s why in Revelation chapter 2 verse 9 He talks about people who SAY they are Jews, and are NOT, but are the synagogue of Satan. So when the Jews today say “we’re Jews”, God says they are lying. Because He says “he is not a Jew which is one outwardly, neither is that circumcision which is outward in the flesh, but he is a Jew which is one inwardly.” Now there have been a lot of people over the years who have talked about who “the synagogue of Satan” represents, as if there is any question about it, as if there is any mystery about it. There is only one religion in the world that uses synagogues. That would be Judaism. - So when God talks about the “synagogue of Satan”, that’s clearly who he is talking about. By the way, they’re the only people who go around saying “we’re Jews”, when really God says they’re not, because they don’t believe in Christ. So it’s a pretty clear fit, especially when you get the context of the next verse, because right after He says “they say they are Jews and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan, he says in verse 10, “Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer. Behold, the DEVIL shall cast some of you into prison that ye may be tried, and ye shall have tribulation ten days, be thou faithful unto death and I will give thee a crown of life.” - Why would God go directly from talking about the blasphemy of the synagogue of Satan, straight into a verse about Christians being persecuted? That’s because if you read the book of Acts, the Jews are always the ones persecuting the Christians. In fact, as you read the entire book of Acts, you will never find the Romans persecuting the Christians one time in that book. But over and over again, it is always the Jews who persecute the Christians in almost every single chapter, that’s why he associates the synagogue of Satan, those who say they are Jews and are not, with persecution of believers. Because they were the ones who were doing it at that time. Israel Moment #4 - Revelation 3:9 On the Synagogue of Satan Hello this is Pastor Steven Anderson from Faithful Word Baptist church in Tempe Arizona, and today we are going to continue talking about the synagogue of Satan. Now let me start out by saying this right away... When we talk about the “synagogue of Satan”, we’re not talking about a race of people or an ethnicity; we are talking about a religion. A synagogue is a place of worship, okay? So when the Bible talks about “the synagogue of Satan”, He is referring to the wicked religion of Judaism. It’s a blasphemous religion, and God says those who practice it say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan. - We know that those who practice Judaism say they are Jews, (but) according to Romans 2:28 and 29, they’re not Jews. According to Philippians 3:3, they’re not of the circumcision, because they don’t believe in Jesus Christ. Now in this passage, Revelation 3:9, listen to this. “Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee.” Now why would God have to make those of the synagogue of Satan to know that He hath loved the church at Philadelphia? He is speaking to gentile church at Philadelphia in Asia, and He says “I am going to make the synagogue of Satan to know that I have loved thee.” So whoever these people are in the synagogue of Satan, they somehow believe that God didn’t love the church at Philadelphia. That God only loved them. You know, “God loves the Jews, but the rest of you, well.... Sorry, you’re just not of the chosen ones, so, you know, God doesn’t love you, God doesn’t care as much about you.” That’s a lie. - And so the irony is, that whenever you speak out against the synagogue of Satan, which is every Jewish synagogue... Whenever you speak out against Judaism as a false religion, and whenever you speak out against ideologies like Zionism, you will often be called a racist, or anti-Semitic. But the irony is that those who are Zionist, or those who follow Judaism, are the racists, because they are the ones who believe that somehow because of their ethnicity, they are just automatically God’s chosen people, because they are physically of Abraham. And that we that are of a different ethnicity are somehow lower on the totem pole in God’s eyes. So, those of us who believe the truth about this, we are just teaching that God is not a respecter of persons. We are just teaching that we are all equal in God’s sight when it comes to our ethnicity. Red and yellow, black and white, God isn’t really interested in what color we are, we are all the same in God’s eyes in that sense. So the one who is really the racist is the Zionist. The one who is teaching Judaism that somehow your ethnicity makes you special in God’s eyes... Not in the New Testament. We are all of God’s people in the New Testament. We are all of one blood, and it is our belief in Jesus Christ that makes us God’s chosen people and you know what? Israel Moment #5 - Christians Inherit the Promises of Abraham - Hello this is Pastor Steven Anderson from Faithful Word Baptist Church in Tempe Arizona. Today we are going to talk about Genesis 12, 1 through 3. Now a lot of people today who support the modern nation of Israel, over in the Middle East today, they will use this scripture to tell you that you must support Israel, and you have to be pro Israel, because “if you bless Israel, God is going to bless you, but if you curse them, God is going to curse you.” Let me read for you the scripture where they are getting this, Genesis 12:1-3. The Bible reads “Now the Lord had said unto Abram, get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred and from thy father’s house, unto a land that I will shew thee: And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee and make thy name great; And thou shalt be a blessing: And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.” - And they will say “see right there! If we bless Israel, God is going to bless us!” But notice, this promise is not made to the modern day nation of Israel. This promise is made unto Abraham and to his seed. Now listen to this from Galatians chapter number 3. The Bible says in Galatians 3:16, “Now to Abraham and his SEED were the promises made. He saith not and to SEEDS as of many; but as of one, and to thy SEED, which is Christ.” Jump down to verse 28. It says “there is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female, for ye are all one in Christ Jesus. And if ye be Christ’s, then are ye Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise.” So right there in Galatians 3 the Bible says the promise was made- yes, unto Abraham, and also to his seed... But the Bible says that “seed” was Christ, and that if we’re in Christ, we are that seed, WE’RE of Abraham, and we inherit that promise made to Abraham. - Now in the next video, I am going to really break down verse 3 where he says “in thee shall nations of the earth be blessed.” That is tied in with Galatians 3 also. So Galatians 3 quotes that exact scripture from Genesis chapter 12. This promise in Genesis 12, 1 through 3, cannot be claimed by the modern day nation of so-called Israel, because they are not in Christ. Therefore they are not of the seed of Abraham. He didn’t say “seeds”, plural, as of EVERY descendant that Abraham would have. Israel Moment #6 - All Nations Blessed Through Abraham - Hello this is Pastor Steven Anderson from Faithful Word Baptist Church in Tempe Arizona. Today we are going to continue talking about Genesis 12:1 through 3. I am going to start reading in verse 2. The Bible reads “And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great, and thou shalt be a blessing. And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee, and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.” Now of course people will try to apply these promises unto the modern day, Jesus Christ-rejecting nation of Israel, and say that if we bless them, God will bless us, and if we curse them, God will curse us. - Of course this promise was not made unto them. This promise was made unto Abraham using the words “thee” and “thou”, which are singular, speaking to Abraham saying “I am going to bless him that blesses YOU”- singular, Abraham, “and curse him that curses you.” Now, according to Galatians 3:16, we as believers in Jesus Christ inherit the promises of Abraham whether we be Jew or Gentile. That’s what we talked about in the last video. Today I want to focus on verse 3. In verse 3 He said “I will bless them that bless thee and curse him that curseth thee, and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.” Now what a lot of people will say is that “well, when the Bible says that in all nations.... In Abraham, all nations of the earth will be blessed, that’s because if they help Israel, they will be blessed. So all nations can be blessed by being pro-Israel, and by helping Israel militarily and financially. We can all be blessed.” Now this comes from a note in the Scofield reference Bible under Genesis 12, that says “yep, all nations will be blessed if they just support Israel. But listen to what Galatians chapter 3 says about that verse. - In Galatians chapter 3, verse 8, the Bible reads “And the scripture, forseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached the Gospel unto Abraham saying in thee shall all nations be blessed. So then they which be of FAITH are blessed with faithful Abraham.” So according to Galatians chapter 3, the reason all nations of the earth are going to be blessed through Abraham, is through the Gospel of Jesus Christ. And that by believing in Jesus Christ, we are blessed with faithful Abraham. He said in verse number 7, “Know ye therefore, that they which are of faith, the same are the children of Abraham.” Now look, I’m of faith. I believe in Jesus Christ. Therefore according to the Bible, I’m of the children of Abraham. If you believe in Jesus Christ, you’re a child of Abraham. And when God said unto Abraham “in thee shall all nations of the earth be blessed”, He is referring to the fact that people of all nations will believe on Jesus Christ, who is the seed of Abraham. And so through Abraham and his seed Jesus, the whole world could be blessed, because anyone who believes in Jesus Christ will be blessed. And the Bible is really clear in Revelation, that there will be people in Heaven out of every nation. All nations are blessed through Abraham. Please, if you still actually believe that the “Jews” today, so-called, are God’s chosen people, and that the modern day nation of Israel are the children of Abraham, please just read Galatians 3. Read the entire chapter! It goes on and on about this. It makes it clear. There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female, for ye are all one in Christ Jesus. And if ye be Christ’s then are ye Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise. Israel Moment #7 - Christ-rejecting Jews are Children of the Devil - Hello this is Pastor Steven Anderson from Faithful Word Baptist Church in Tempe, Arizona. In the last two videos, I showed you from Galatians chapter 3 that if we believe in Jesus Christ, we are the children of Abraham, we are the seed of Abraham. Now in John chapter 8, verse 39, Jesus is going back and forth with the unbelieving Jews, okay? Those that are not saved. “And they answered and said unto him”, in verse 39, “Abraham is our father. Jesus saith unto them, IF YE WERE Abraham’s children, ye would do the works of Abraham. But now ye seek to kill me, a man that hath told you the truth, which I have heard of God: this did not Abraham. Ye do the deeds of YOUR FATHER. Then said they to him, we be not born of fornication; we have one father, even God! Jesus said unto them, if God were your Father, ye would love me: for I proceeded forth and came from God; neither came I of myself, but he sent me. Why do ye not understand my speech? Even because ye cannot hear my word. Ye are of your father THE DEVIL”. - Now in this scripture, they’re saying “Abraham’s our father!” Jesus turns around and says “No. Abraham’s not your father, because if Abraham were your father, ye would do the works of Abraham.” He said “If God were your Father, ye would love me.” So he is very clearly telling them in this passage, “Abraham is not your father, God is not your Father”, and he says “you are of your father the devil.” And who is he talking to? Unbelieving “Jews” who are following the religion of the Pharisees. Now, today’s religion of Judaism, Rabbinical Judaism, is the religion of the Pharisees. It’s a Christ-rejecting religion. And God says unto them, “you are not of Abraham.” And yet people today, Christians today, will say that the Jews are the children of Abraham, and they’re blessed because of Abraham. - And they will apply Genesis 12, 1 through 3, which is promises that were made to Abraham, and they will say, you know “that applies unto the Jews today, because they’re the seed of Abraham.” Jesus told them that Abraham is not their father, but that the devil is their father. So those promises do not apply to them. They do not inherit those promises. They inherit the devil. Israel Moment #8 - Abraham is not the Father of the Jews - Hello this is Pastor Steven Anderson from Faithful Word Baptist Church in Tempe, Arizona, and today I want to talk about Mathew chapter 3, verse 9. Because those that are pro-Israel, or teach that we have to support the modern day nation of Israel, or that the Jews are still God’s chosen people today- even if they don’t believe in Jesus Christ- they will often point to Genesis 12, 1 through 3, and the promises made to Abraham. Where God says to Abraham that He is going to bless him, and that He is going to make his seed great, and He is going to make into a great nation and bless those that bless him and curse those that curse him. And they will try to apply those promises to unbelieving Israel. - Well Jesus told them in John chapter 8, that Abraham is not their father, but that they are of their father the devil. Galatians 3 tells us that those that are of faith are the real children of Abraham. But listen to Mathew 3:9. The Bible says in Mathew 3:9 “And think not to say within yourselves, we have Abraham to our father, for I say unto you that God is able of these stones to raise up children unto Abraham. And now also the axe is laid unto the root of the trees, therefore every tree which bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down and cast into the fire.” This scripture is crystal clear, that having Abraham be your physical father means nothing to God. He said, “don’t even THINK about saying we have Abraham to our father.” And that’s what the Jews are saying today. And John the Baptist is preaching to them that they need to believe on him that would come after him, which is Christ, and they are rejecting of Jesus Christ unto this day. He says “don’t even THINK about saying that Abraham is your father”. He said in verse 8 that they are a generation of vipers. And he said unto them that God is going to hew them down and cast them into the fire, they are not of Abraham, “don’t even think about saying that”, he said. - So again, we need to get off this thing of recognizing the PHYSICAL descendants of Abraham as being God’s chosen people, and we need to realize that it’s the SPIRITUAL descendants of Abraham that are God’s chosen people. Israel Moment #9 - The Holy Nation is Made up of All True Christians - Hello this is Pastor Steven Anderson from Faithful Word Baptist Church in Tempe Arizona, and today I want to talk about 1st Peter 2:9 and 10. The Bible reads “But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light: Which in time past were not a people, but are now the people of God: Which had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy.” So according to this scripture, we as believers are a chosen generation, we are a royal priesthood, we are a holy nation, and we are a peculiar people. - And what I really want to focus on in that, is that we as believers today are a holy nation. Now in the Old Testament, God said that of the nation of Israel, that they were to be unto Him an holy nation. But he says in the New Testament, that we as believers are a holy nation. Listen to verse 10. “Which in time past were not a people, but are now the people of God.” You see in the OId Testament, the holy nation of all believers didn’t exist, you know, it was the physical nation of Israel. But now in the New Testament, the Bible says that we in time past which were not a people, are now the people of God, “which had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy.” - Let me just prove it to you further, because this scripture is a quote from Hosea chapter 1, verse 9. If we go to Romans chapter 9, which also quotes Hosea 1, listen to what the Bible says in Romans 9:24. “Even us whom he hath called, NOT OF THE JEWS ONLY, but also of the gentiles, as he saith also in Hosea, I will call them my people which were not my people, and her beloved which was not beloved.” So in the Old Testament, the gentiles were not God’s chosen people. The nation of Israel represented God’s chosen people. But in the New Testament he says, you know, those that in time past were not my people, have now become the people of God. - Look, we as gentiles in the New Testament today, are a holy nation. We are the chosen people of God. And of course, any (ethnic) Jews who believe in Jesus Christ, which there are some (ethnic) Jews who believe in Jesus Christ, they are also part of that holy nation. They are also part of the people of God. Because he says that he has called us, not of the Jews only, but also of the gentiles. In time past, meaning under the old covenant, we were not the people of God, as gentiles. But now, we are the people of God. We are the holy nation, we’re the peculiar people, and it’s not unbelieving “Jews”, that are God’s chosen people, according to 1st Peter 2:9 and 10, and according to Romans 9:24 and 25, and according to the teachings of Hosea chapters 1 and 2, we as believers in Christ are today the people... we have replaced the physical nation of Israel as being the holy nation. Israel Moment #10 - Israel is no Longer the Holy Nation - Hello this is Pastor Steven Anderson from Faithful Word Baptist church in Tempe, Arizona. Today I want to talk more about 1st Peter chapter 2, verses 9 and 10. Now to understand this passage it will help if we go back to the Old Testament scripture that 1st Peter 2 is referring to. Let me just start by reading 1st Peter 2:9 and 10. It says “But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light. Which in time past were not a people, but are now the people of God: which had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy. - In the last video, I proved that that scripture is referring to both Jews and gentiles, by going back to Hosea, going to Romans 9 etc. but also he makes it clear in that passage that whoever he is talking to were not a people in time past. Of course we know that the children of Israel have always been a people. The nation of Israel has always been a people. So this is not referring to the nation of Israel, it’s referring to believers of both Jew and Gentile (origin), and I proved that in the last video. - But let’s go back to the source of this quote in Exodus chapter 19, beginning in verse 5, the bible reads “Now therefore IF ye will obey my voice indeed, and keep my covenant, then ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto me, above all people, for all the earth is mine. And ye shall be unto me a kingdom of priests and an holy nation. These are the words which thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel.” So back in the Old Testament, God told the nation of Israel that IF they would keep his covenant, they would be a peculiar people, they would be a holy nation, and they would be a nation of priests, or a kingdom of priests. In 1st Peter 2, that’s exactly what he says unto believers, that we are. We ARE a peculiar people, we are a holy nation, we’re a royal priesthood, or a kingdom of priests. - So, it’s clear that 1st Peter 2 is quoting from Exodus chapter 19. And notice that Exodus 19 makes it clear that these promises only apply unto the children of Israel IF they keep his covenant. Well we know that they did not keep his covenant, because in Hebrews chapter 8, the Bible tells us “they continued not in my covenant, and I regarded them not, saith the Lord.” So in the Old Testament, God had a covenant, or an agreement, or promises unto the nation of Israel that had some IF’s associated with them. IF you continue in the covenant, IF you obey my voice. We know from Hebrews, we know from reading the Old Testament that the children of Israel broke that covenant, did not hear His voice, did not obey Him, and because of that, the Bible told them that the kingdom of God would be taken from them and be given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof. And in 1st Peter chapter 2, He tells us who that holy nation is, that peculiar people. It’s those who in times past were not a people. It’s just a nation made up of all believers that now comprise the people of God in the New Testament. - The nation of Israel is no longer regarded as God’s chosen people. They no longer are that holy nation. They are not the peculiar people, they are not a kingdom of priests. Show me the priests today. They don’t have priests offering sacrifices today. They’re a synagogue of Satan that’s run by Rabbis and so forth. And so to say that the children of Israel are STILL a chosen people, or a set-apart holy nation, is to deny scripture, because in order to be called the holy nation, they had to continue in the covenant. Israel Moment #11- All Unbelieving Jews Have Been Cast Off - Hello this is Pastor Steven Anderson from Faithful Word Baptist Church in Tempe, Arizona. A lot of people who still believe that the physical nation of Israel today are God’s chosen people, even in the New Testament, even though they don’t believe in Jesus Christ... they will often point to Jeremiah chapter number 31. And let me read it for you. It says in Jeremiah 31, verse 35. “Thus saith the LORD, which giveth the sun for a light by day, and the ordinances of the moon and of the stars for a light by night, which divideth the sea when the waves thereof roar; The LORD of hosts is his name: If those ordinances depart from before me, saith the LORD, then the seed of Israel also shall cease from being a nation before me for ever. Thus saith the LORD; If heaven above can be measured, and the foundations of the earth searched out beneath, I will also cast off all the seed of Israel for all that they have done, saith the LORD.” - Now in this scripture, He is promising NOT to cast off all the nation of Israel, and that the nation of Israel will never cease from being a nation. And people will point to this and say “see, that right there proves that the physical nation of Israel are still God’s chosen people. He has not cast them off, He promised to never cast them off.” But here is what they are failing to see in this passage. In verse 37 it says “I will also cast off ALL the seed of Israel for all that they have done if these ordinances fail.” So what He is saying there is not that He won’t cast off any of the children of Israel. He is saying He is not going to cast off all of them. There will always be a remnant that remains as the people of God. - Let’s go to Romans 11 and we can see this very clearly supported from the New Testament. He is not promising in Jeremiah 31 that He is never going to cast off ANY of the Israelites. Of course, he cast off many of the Israelites frequently throughout the Old Testament. What He is saying is, “I am not going to cast off ALL of them”, is what He said in verse 37, meaning that some of them will be saved. Some of them will not be cast off. Listen to Romans 11, verse 1. “I say then, hath God cast away His people?” Notice the same language as Jeremiah 31? “God forbid. For I also am an Israelite of the seed of Abraham of the tribe of Benjamin.” The apostle Paul is saying “I am proof that God has not cast off all of His people Israel, because I am a believer in Jesus Christ, I’m saved, and I’m of the tribe of Benjamin.” Listen to this. “God hath not cast away his people which he foreknew. Wot ye not what the scripture saith of Elias? how he maketh intercession to God against Israel saying, Lord, they have killed thy prophets, and digged down thine altars; and I am left alone, and they seek my life. But what saith the answer of God unto him? I have reserved to myself seven thousand men, who have not bowed the knee to the image of Baal. Even so then at this present time also there is a remnant according to the election of grace. And if by grace, then is it no more of works: otherwise grace is no more grace. But if it be of works, then it is no more grace: otherwise work is no more work. What then? Israel hath not obtained that which he seeketh for; but the election hath obtained it, and the rest were blinded. - So when God says in Jeremiah 31:37 that He is not going to cast off ALL of His people, what he is saying is that there is going to be a remnant that say... not all of them are going to be cast off, a remnant will be saved.” Well listen, that remnant according to Romans 11, are those that are saved by grace, not by works, not by following the deeds of the law that their Pharisee Rabbis are telling them to follow. No, He says that it’s those that are elect, because of the grace of God. The remnant according to the election of grace, He said. So when God says “I am not going to cast away the nation of Israel, people today will take that promise in Jeremiah 31, and say “see? That physical nation over in Israel, are still God’s people, they have not been cast off.” But wait a minute, that’s a lie. Those people have been cast off, they have been broken off because of unbelief, he is going to say later in this chapter, Romans 11. Those natural branches have been broken off from Israel because of their unbelief. - God has cast away the unbelievers of Israel. They’ve been cut down; they are not God’s chosen people. But there is a believing remnant today of saved Israelites, those who are of Israel who believe on the Lord Jesus Christ. And that’s why God has not broken His promise that He made in Jeremiah 31. It’s not that the unbelieving Baal worshippers over in Israel today, in the modern state of Israel, are God’s people. No. It’s the seven thousand men who have not bowed the knee to Baal that are the remnant, that are the saved Israelites, who worship the true God, the Lord Jesus Christ. By the way, if you don’t have the Son, you don’t have the Father, the Bible says. So the only Israelites who are truly worshipping the same God we are, God the Father, are the ones who also acknowledge the Son of God, Jesus Christ. Because if you don’t have the Son, you don’t have the Father. So again, Jeremiah chapter 31 is saying that God is not going to cast them ALL off, because there will be a saved remnant and according to Romans 11, that saved remnant are those that are saved by grace. Israel Moment #12 - The Jews Are Our Enemies - Hello this is Pastor Steven Anderson from Faithful Word Baptist Church in Tempe, Arizona. A lot of those that believe that the Jews are still God’s chosen people or that the physical nation of Israel over in the Middle East represents God’s people, they will take you to Romans chapter 11 to try to prove that. And one of the verses that they will use is verse 28, where the Bible reads “As concerning the Gospel, they are enemies for your sakes, but as touching the election, they are beloved for the Father’s sakes, for the gifts and calling of God are without repentance.” And they will say “see right there, according to that, they are still God’s chosen people.” But let’s look at that a little more carefully. If these people are the people of God, then why would God call them our enemies? Notice the first thing he says there in verse 28. “As concerning the gospel, they are enemies for your sakes.” - Now people will tell you today, “Oh, the Jews are our friends. The Jews are our allies, we are Judeo-Christian, Israel is a great ally.” But hold on a second, what does the Bible say? The Bible says in verse 28, “As concerning the gospel, they are enemies for your sakes. So if I said today, well “the Jews are my enemies”... people would freak out today! But isn’t that what the Bible Just said in Romans 11:28? But listen to the rest of the verse. It says “But as touching the election, they are beloved for the Father’s sakes.” Now what does it mean to be “beloved”? Just take the “be” off the beginning, it means to “be loved”! That’s what beloved means; it means “to be loved”. So, are the Jews today, are the children of Israel today loved? Are they beloved? Yes they are, of course. - Now, I love the Jews today. I love the children of Israel today. God loves the children, they are beloved of God. But wait a minute. Does that make them God’s people? No it doesn’t. Does that mean they are not our enemies? No it doesn’t. See the Bible is real clear here. They are enemies of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. That’s far from being God’s people, or a holy nation, or God’s chosen people. No, he said they are enemies of the gospel of Jesus Christ. But, they are beloved for the Father’s sake. So here is my attitude toward the Jews today. I love them, but I consider them enemies of the Gospel. I love them, but they’re an enemy. You say “well that doesn’t make any sense!” Well doesn’t the Bible say “love your enemies”? Jesus said “love your enemies”. He says the Jews are enemies of the gospel but we should still love them, we shouldn’t hate Jews, but we shouldn’t lie and say that they are God’s chosen people when they are not. - So again, people are just looking for this verse, and they are just taking the part that they want to see. “Oh, they’re beloved for the Father’s sakes”. No-one is arguing with that. We all know that God loves them. God wants them saved. You know, Jesus loves the little children of the world, but that doesn’t make them God’s chosen people. Israel Moment #13 - When Will the Blindness of Israel End? - Hello this is Pastor Steven Anderson from Faithful Word Baptist Church in Tempe, Arizona. Today I want to talk about Romans 11:25 and 26. These are verses that people will often use to say that “God’s not through with the physical nation of Israel...” and, “although they’re in unbelief now, and although they reject the Lord Jesus Christ NOW, you know, in the end times, they’re going to turn to the Lord, and they’re going to be restored and they’re going to be God’s people once again. And that’s why we should still recognise the physical nation of Israel because He is not through with them yet, they’re going to be saved.” Now, listen to these scriptures from Romans 11:25 and 26. “For I would not brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits, that blindness in part is happened to Israel, UNTIL the fullness of the gentiles be come in. And so all Israel shall be saved. As it is written, there shall come out of Zion the deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob.” - So they will point to that and say “See? Blindness is only happened to Israel UNTIL the fullness of the gentiles be come in. And so all Israel shall be saved.” And they say right there, “that shows that the blindness is temporary because once the fullness is COME IN, Israel is no longer going to be blinded. And they will say “that’s when the church age is over, and He ceases to deal with the gentiles and he starts dealing with Israel again.” I am going to show you just how unbiblical this is. And I think the key is to figure out WHEN this is talking about, because he says that blindness is happened unto Israel, UNTIL the fullness of the gentiles be come in. Let’s see when that is. In Luke 21, the Bible reads in verse 24, “And they shall fall by the edge of the sword, and shall be led away captive into all nations, and JERUSALEM shall be trodden down of the gentiles until the times of the gentiles be fulfilled. I want you to make note of that, that Jerusalem is trodden down of the gentiles, until the times of the gentiles be fulfilled. - Listen to Revelation 11 verse 2. The Bible reads “But the court which is without the temple leave out, and measure it not, for it is given unto the GENTILES, and the holy city shall they TREAD UNDER FOOT”, same wording as Luke 21, “forty and two months, and I will give power unto my two witnesses.” So when is the time of the gentiles fulfilled, or the fullness of the gentiles come in? Well, according to scripture, it’s AFTER Jerusalem has been trodden under foot for forty two months. That would put it three and a half years AFTER the abomination of Desolation. And that would basically put it at the beginning of the millennial reign of Christ, because the Abomination of Desolation takes place in the midst of Daniel’s 70th week. That’s when Jerusalem is going to be destroyed and trodden under foot, okay? Forty two months later, we have Jesus Christ setting up his kingdom on this earth in the millennium. That’s the “when” of Romans 11:25 and 26. - So if we go back to Romans 11:25 and 26 with that in mind... It says “For I would not brethren that ye should be ignorant of this mystery lest ye should be wise in your own conceits, that blindness in part is happened unto Israel, UNTIL the fullness of the gentiles be come in”, when is that? Forty-two months after the Abomination of Desolation, the beginning of the millennial reign of Jesus Christ. Listen to the next verse. “And so all Israel shall be saved, as it is written, there shall come out of Zion the deliverer and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob.” So when is it that Israel is no longer going to be blind, and all Israel is going to be saved? It’s in the millennial reign of Jesus Christ, because when Jesus Christ physically returns to this earth and sets up his kingdom and he is there ruling and reigning from Zion, from Jerusalem... At THAT time, Israel will no longer be blinded, they will all be saved. Why? Because of all of unbelieving Israel will have already been WIPED OUT. They’re going to have been destroyed. So it’s not that in the end times all of the unsaved unbelieving Israelites are all going to turn unto Jesus Christ. That’s not what the Bible is teaching. What it’s actually teaching is that in the millennial reign of Christ, all of the unbelievers of Israel will have been WIPED OUT, and at that time, all Israel shall be saved, there’ll be no more ungodliness in Jacob. There will be no blindness upon the children of Israel, because it will only be saved Israel that’s even there. That’s the only way all Israel can be saved. - I have heard some people say “every single Israelite will just turn to Christ at that point!” That’s not even biblical salvation, because biblical salvation involves our free will. People don’t just automatically get saved because of their nationality, “they just happen to be a Jew during the end times so they automatically get saved when Christ comes...” That’s not how salvation works. All Israel shall be saved, because they’re not all Israel which are of Israel, and this is talking about the true saved Israel that’s going to inherit the kingdom in the millennium. Look, the millennium is going to be a kingdom that’s ruled and reigned over by Christians, by believers. But, of course there have been lots of saved Jews, and saved Israelites through the years, and they will be a part of that kingdom. But this is not teaching that somehow before that the Jews are going to turn unto Christ. Israel Moment #14 - The Physical Nation of Israel Has Been Replaced - Hello this is Pastor Steven Anderson from Faithful Word Baptist Church in Tempe Arizona. Today I want to talk about Mathew 21:43. The Bible reads “Therefore say I unto you, the kingdom of God shall be taken from you, and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof.” Now this is spoken to the Jews, and he is telling them the “kingdom of God is going to be taken from you, and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof.” Now what I have been teaching in this series, a lot of people will call it “replacement theology”, and they will say “you’re teaching replacement theology!” Well here’s the thing, isn’t this replacement? If the kingdom of God is taken from YOU and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof, you’ve been replaced! You WERE the people of God, you WERE that holy nation of the Old Testament, but now you have been replaced. And today, the physical nation of Israel has been replaced by believers, by a holy nation made up of all believers in Christ, whether they be Jew or Gentile, no matter what the nationality. We who believe in Christ in the New Testament, are the holy nation. - Now this scripture in Mathew 21:43 could not be any clearer when it says the kingdom of God shall be taken from you and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof. So those who still want to hang on to this doctrine of “the physical nation are still God’s chosen people”, they have to really grasp at straws. So what they’ve come up with is “Wellllll, you know, the kingdom of GOD was taken from them, but the kingdom of HEAVEN has not been taken from them.” And they will try to say that the kingdom of God and the kingdom of heaven are “two different things”. And so “even though they lost the kingdom of God, they still did not lose the kingdom of heaven.” But wait a minute. The kingdom of heaven and the kingdom of heaven are the exact same thing in the Bible. The Bible uses the same term over and over again to refer to the same thing. - For example, in Mathew chapter 19, we have the story about the rich young ruler. And it says in verse 23 “Then said Jesus unto his disciples, verily I say unto you that a rich man shall hardly enter into the kingdom of heaven. And again I say unto you, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.” So in verse 23, he says that the rich man is going to find it difficult to enter into the kingdom of Heaven, and then he says “I am going to say to you AGAIN, the same thing that it’s difficult for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God”. So right there we see that he’s using kingdom of God and Kingdom of Heaven interchangeably. So this idea that the kingdom of God and the kingdom of heaven are two different things is just a myth. It’s just a fairytale, it’s not scriptural. For example, in Mathew chapter 3, it says repent for the kingdom of Heaven is at hand. Well if you go to Mark chapter 1 it says that the time is fulfilled and the kingdom of God is at hand, repent and believe the Gospel. So, all you have to do is just look up every time it says “kingdom of heaven”, and every time it says “kingdom of God”. And you will find a tonne of places where they are used interchangeably, where you can prove that they’re both the same thing. - Now I heard one of these say “well, you know, the kingdom of heaven CAN’T be the kingdom of God because GOD is not heaven, and HEAVEN is not God.” And this guy though that he was really clever with that. You know, “GOD is not HEAVEN, HEAVEN is not GOD”. But this actually makes no sense. Because if we took any king on this earth, and applied that same logic it makes no sense. For example, let’s say David. He was a famous king. What if we talked about the kingdom of David? And then we talked about the kingdom of Israel at that time, that David was the king? Are we talking about two different kingdoms? Is the kingdom of...”Well, DAVID is not ISRAEL, and Israel is not DAVID.” So therefore you know, the kingdom of David is different than the kingdom of Israel?? No. David was ruling over Israel, okay? So it’s the same kingdom. For example, there is a king over in Norway today, King Haakon, okay? So is the kingdom of Haakon different than the kingdom of Norway? Obviously either of those would be referring to the same kingdom. And so the kingdom of HEAVEN is also the kingdom of God because God is the King of Heaven. Because Haakon is the King of Norway. Because David is the King of Israel. There aren’ t two kingdoms over there in Norway. There weren’t two different kingdoms, of course eventually the kingdom of Israel was split, but that’s another story. But when David was ruling over the united kingdom, the kingdom of Israel, and the Kingdom of David were the same thing. So it’s just ridiculous to say that the kingdom of God and the kingdom of Heaven are different. And the reason why people came up with that, is just to try to let the physical nation of Israel hang onto something. “Well, okay... You lost the kingdom of God, but you still got the kingdom of Heaven.” WRONG. They’ve lost both. And it’s not even accurate to say they’ve lost both, because there is no both. It’s one kingdom. The kingdom of God, and the kingdom of heaven are the same thing, and it’s been taken from the children of Israel, and it’s been given to a nation that will bring forth the fruits thereof. Israel Moment #15 - Jews Are Anti-Christs - Hello this is Pastor Steven Anderson from Faithful Word Baptist church in Tempe, Arizona. Today I want to talk about 1st John 2:22, and I want to show you from the Bible that the Jews are anti-christs. Now, I’m not talking about the ethnicity or the nationality of being Jewish, when the Bible talks about being a Jew, it’s a religious term. In Esther 8:17, it says that many of the people became Jews, because the fear of the Jews fell upon them. So you can’t become a different ethnicity so, when we see the word, when we say the word “Jew”, we are talking about those who practice Judaism, or believe in Judaism, which is a false religion. - Listen to 1st John 2:22. “Who is a liar, but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ. He is anti-christ, that denieth the Father and the Son.” So according to this scripture, anyone who says that Jesus is not the Christ, is anti-christ. Now, in order to say that Jesus is not the Christ, you have to believe that there is a Christ, and that it’s not Jesus. See, someone who just doesn’t believe in religion, someone who is just an atheist or an agnostic... they’re not going around saying that Jesus is not the Christ, because they don’t even believe in a messiah. Christ means Messiah. The Bible tells us that “Christ being interpreted”, is Messiah. So, they... You know, a lot of people in this world don’t even believe in a messiah because they’re just not religious. So in order to deny that Jesus is the Christ; you have to believe that there is someone who is “the Christ”, and that it’s not Jesus. - What religion today teaches that there is a messiah, but that it’s not Jesus, you know, they’re looking for some other Messiah than Jesus? Well that’s Judaism. And the Bible says “who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist that denieth the Father and the Son.” And of course the Jews today deny the Father and the Son. They don’t teach that Jesus is the Son of God. They deny the Son of God. Listen to the next verse. It says “whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father. Israel Moment #16 - Jews Worship a Different God than Christians - Hello this is Pastor Steven Anderson from Faithful Word Baptist Church in Tempe Arizona. Today I want to talk about 1st John 2:23. It says whosover denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father. But he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also. And the reason I am pointing out this verse is that many people will teach today that the Jews worship the same God that we as Christians worship. “Yeah, they have the same God, they believe the Old Testament.” You will hear that all the time from people. And they will even use the word “Judeo-Christian”. Basically lumping Jews and Christians together as worshipping the true God of the Bible. But according to this verse, the Jews do not worship the same God that we worship. Because the Bible says “whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father.” - So how can you say they HAVE the same God, when the Bible says they do not HAVE the Father? Because if they don’t HAVE the Son, they don’t HAVE the Father. So let me ask you this. Who do they have? Who are they worshipping today in Judaism? We know it’s not God the Father, because they don’t acknowledge the Son. Therefore they don’t have the Father. You know who they are worshipping? A false god. A false god is who they are worshipping. And we need to stop saying that the Jews have the same God that we as Christians have, because if they don’t have the Son, they don’t have the Father. Israel Moment #17 - Taking Part in the Jews Evil Deeds - Hello this is Pastor Steven Anderson from Faithful Word Baptist Church in Tempe, Arizona. Today I want to talk about 2nd John, verses 9 through 11. The Bible reads “Whosoever transgresseth and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son. If there come any unto you and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him Godspeed, for he that biddeth him Godspeed is partaker of his evil deeds.” Now in this scripture we talk about the doctrine of Christ and we talk about the doctrine of the Father and the Son. And he said “if someone comes to your house, and doesn’t bring this doctrine of the Father and the Son, this doctrine of Christ”, he said “receive him not into your house, neither bid him Godspeed. Now I remember when I was a teenager one time. The Mormons came to my door. And I allowed the Mormons to come in the house, and I was giving the gospel unto the Mormons and disputing with the Mormons. My dad got home, and got angry with me, and he threw out the Mormons, and he showed me this scripture. And my dad showed me 2nd John and he said “look, you’re not supposed to receive these people into your house because they are bringing another doctrine. And after that I never would allow the Mormons or Jehovah’s Witnesses to come into my house again after my dad corrected me from 2nd John. - Now, we know today that the Jews do not believe in the Father and the Son. We know that the Jews today teach a religion that denies Jesus Christ as the Messiah. They therefore would fall under this category of those that would come to you bringing another doctrine outside of the doctrine of the Father and the Son, and Jesus Christ being the Messiah. And the Bible says therefore that we should not receive them into our house, neither bid them Godspeed, watch this “for he that biddeth him Godspeed is partaker of his evil deeds.” What does it mean to bid someone Godspeed? Well, when we say Godspeed unto someone, we are blessing them, okay? And the Bible teaches that if anybody teaches another gospel we should let them be accursed. We should not bless those who are coming to us preaching a false gospel. We shouldn’t say to the Mormons or the Jehovah’s Witnesses that come to our door, “hey, have a great day, God bless you!” Because if we say unto them “Godspeed”, we’re partaker of their evil deeds according to the Bible. - So what’s interesting about this, is that a lot of Christians today are being taught that if we bless the unbelieving Jews, the ones who reject Jesus Christ, that God will bless us. Because you know, they will misinterpret Genesis 12, I talked about it in a previous video, where I said you know, I will bless those that bless you and curse those that curse you- the promise made to Abraham. They want to apply that to, for example, a Jewish Rabbi, who is teaching a doctrine OTHER than that of the Father and Son. And they will say “hey, we need to bless him, because he is Jewish! We need to bless the Jews! We need to bless Israel.” Even though 99% of the people in the nation of Israel don’t believe in Jesus Christ, you know, those who call themselves Jews, don’t believe in Jesus Christ. 99%. They say “oh, if we bless them, God will bless us.” But you know what the Bible teaches? The exact opposite. Because the Bible is saying that if we bid Godspeed unto those who deny the Son, we’ve become a partaker of their evil deeds. So when we BLESS those who DENY Jesus Christ as the Messiah, thinking “oh, this is going to get me blessed with Abraham!” You know what it’s really going to do? It’s going to cause you to be a partaker of their evil deeds. You’re not going to get a blessing from God. Israel Moment #18 - Military Support for Israel - Hello this is Pastor Steven Anderson from Faithful Word in Tempe, Arizona. Today I want to talk about 2nd Chronicles 19:2. See, there are a lot of people today that teach that in order for America to be blessed, we need to support Israel militarily, and if we don’t support Israel, if we don’t back Israel, Gods going to curse us as a nation. But that God will bless us if we support Israel militarily. Now this is the exact opposite of what the Bible teaches. We have a perfect example of this in 2nd Chronicles 19. Because here is a man named Jehoshaphat that is gonna go to war to help the nation of Israel. Jehoshaphat is going to be allied with Israel, he’s going to be pro-Israel, and he’s going to help them militarily. Listen to what God tell him in chapter 19 verse 2. “And Jehu the son of Hanani the seer went out to meet him, and said to King Jehoshaphat, Shouldest thou help the ungodly, and love them that hate the LORD? therefore is wrath upon thee from before the LORD.” - So at this time in history, the nation of Israel was ungodly and hated the Lord. And so Jehoshaphat is being rebuked by God for helping them militarily. He said “shouldest thou help the ungodly, and love them that hate the Lord? Therefore is WRATH upon thee, from before the Lord.” So here when Jehoshaphat wants t support Israel militarily, instead of being blessed with Abraham as people will try to tell us today, “America will be blessed if we will support Israel”. Instead of being blessed, the Bible says God’s WRATH is on him, for helping the ungodly, and for loving those that hate the Lord. - And we know that today, the modern state of Israel is an ungodly place. First of all, they reject the Lord Jesus Christ. 99% of those that are “Jews” over there, reject the Lord Jesus Christ. That in itself makes them ungodly. They blaspheme Christ in their “holy book”, the Talmud. And also there’s a lot of sodomy and homosexuality in Israel today. There are gay pride parades, go down the streets of Jerusalem. There are abortion clinics in Israel. There’s all kinds of wickedness and ungodliness. And it’s a Christ rejecting wicked place. So WHY should we believe that we’re supposed to just help Israel militarily no matter what, when we have an exact parallel here with Jehoshaphat wanting to go help Israel militarily and God rebukes him for it. Israel Moment #19 - Avoid Genealogies - Hello this is Pastor Steven Anderson from Faithful Word Baptist Church in Tempe Arizona. Today I want to talk about Titus 3:9, where the Bible reads “But avoid foolish questions and genealogies and contentions and strivings about the law, for they are unprofitable and vain.” Now this scripture here tells us to AVOID genealogies. Now today there are those who want you to believe that the “Jews” are God’s chosen people because they descend from Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. Now the New Testament clearly teaches that God’s chosen people are those who believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, no matter what their nationality. But they say “No, no no. The JEWS are God’s chosen people because they descend from Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.” - Now let me ask you this. How do we know who in 2014 descends from Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, and who doesn’t? How can we really prove that those who call themselves “Jews” today are truly of Israel, and that the rest of us are not? The only way to really prove that, would be to use a genealogy. So, if it mattered who is a Jew and who is a gentile in 2014, then why did God tell us in the New Testament to avoid genealogies? It must not matter. That’s why he said over and over again, “in Christ there is neither Jew nor Gentile”, he said “there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek”, because if there were a difference between the Jew and the Greek, we would need a genealogy to be able to determine who is a Jew and who is not. Now if we go back to the Old Testament, for example in the book of Nehemiah, we will find genealogies being important. It says in verse number 64, “These sought their register”... This is Nehemiah 8:64, I’m sorry 7:64, these sought their register among those that were reckoned by genealogy, but it WAS NOT FOUND. Therefore were they as polluted, put from the priesthood. - So, in Nehemiah chapter 7 verse 64, it says that those that did not have a genealogy to prove that they were Levitical priests were considered polluted, because they didn’t have a genealogy to prove that they were of the priestly line of Levi. So they’re put forth from the priesthood as being polluted. So, let me ask you this. In the Old Testament, did Genealogies matter? Of course they did. That’s why throughout the Old Testament we will find lots of genealogies listed. That’s why in this passage genealogies played a critical role. But in the New Testament, he says “avoid genealogies”. Why? Because it no longer matters whether or not you are a Jew. It no longer matters what nation you are of, because God has brought us all together into one fold. There is one shepherd, there is no difference between the Jew and the Gentile, there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek in the New Testament. That’s why he said “avoid genealogies”. If it mattered who is a so-called “Jew” today, he would say “embrace genealogies”. Israel Moment #20 - Jews Don’t Believe the Torah - Hello this is Pastor Steven Anderson from Faithful Word Baptist Church in Tempe, Arizona. Today I want to talk about John chapter 5, verses 46 and 47. The Bible reads “For had ye believed Moses, ye would have believed me, for he wrote of me. But if ye believe not his writings, how shall ye believe my words?” Let me say that first part again. “HAD YE BELIEVED MOSES, ye would have believed me.” So the Bible is really clear here that if the Jews do not believe in Jesus Christ, they also do not believe in Moses, because Jesus said “IF you WOULD HAVE believed in Moses, you would have believed in me.” Well, why is this important? Because today, Christians have this idea that the Jews believe the Old Testament. And I have heard it so many times where they say “Oh, well the Jews, they believe in the Old Testament, but they don’t believe the New Testament.” The Bible is clear that they don’t even believe the Old Testament. They don’t even believe Moses. They don’t even believe the Torah! The first five books that they exalt with their lips, but their heart is far from God. Because they do not believe Moses, because they don’t believe in Jesus Christ. - Now, I’ve talked to several Jewish Rabbis. I talked to an orthodox Jewish Rabbi in the last few weeks, I talked to a reformed Jewish Rabbi, which, you know, those are pretty much the two ends of the spectrum. And the Orthodox Jewish Rabbi said he is fine with evolution, he believes in it. The reformed Jewish Rabbi said he believes in the Big Bang, evolution. So, they don’t even believe Genesis chapter 1, which says that everything brings forth after it’s own kind. A lot of people think that you know, “well, we lose the Jews at Mathew 1.” No, we lose the Jews at Genesis 1. They don’t even believe the first chapter of the Torah; how can you expect them to believe the rest of the Torah? - I sat down with this reformed Jew, ah, he was a Rabbi. And I s... you know, he didn’t believe in the story of the Tower of Babel. He didn’t believe that the Noahic Flood really happened. He said it was all figurative, he didn’t believe in Adam and Eve, and if you look at the “Jews” practice today, they don’t do the animal sacrifices, which is a HUGE part of the Torah. They don’t believe Moses! Why does it surprise you that they don’t do the animal sacrifices? Why does it surprise you that they don’t believe in... the, these stories about the creation and the flood and the Tower of Babel? Jesus already told us that IF they would have believed Moses, they would have believed him. Israel Moment #21 - Unbelieving Jews Are Under God’s Wrath - Hello this is Pastor Steven Anderson from Faithful Word Baptist Church in Tempe, Arizona. Today I want to talk about John 3:36. The Bible reads “He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life, and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life, but the WRATH of God abideth on him.” Now a lot of people today teach that the “Jews” are under God’s blessing. Even if they don’t believe in Jesus Christ! Even though they REJECT the Son, they reject the Lord Jesus Christ. They say “Hey, they’re still under the blessing of God, just because they’re physical descendants of Israel. And the nation of Israel is under God’s blessing and Gods going to bless those that bless them and curse those that curse them.” - But what you have to understand about John 3:36 is that this was spoken to Jews. This is John the Baptist speaking unto Jews saying “He that believeth not the SON, shall not see life, but the WRATH of God abideth on him.” That means that every unbelieving Jew today has God’s WRATH abiding on them, not His blessing. 1st Thessalonians 2 further confirms this doctrine. It says in verse 14, “For ye brethren became followers of the churches of God which in Judaea are in Christ Jesus, for ye also have suffered like things of your own countrymen, even as they have of the JEWS, who both killed the Lord Jesus and their own prophets and have persecuted us, and they please not God and are contrary to all men, forbidding us to speak to the gentiles that they might be saved, to fill up their sins always, for THE WRATH is come upon them to the uttermost.” - So according to 1st Thessalonians 2, God’s WRATH is come upon the Jews to the uttermost. Why? Because they killed Jesus, Because they killed the prophets, because they please not God. And so according to John 3:36, the Jews are under God’s wrath today for rejecting Christ. 1st Thessalonians 2 teaches the same thing. So to say “Oh, the Jews are under a blessing from God, because of their nationality” is to contradict CLEAR SCRIPTURE. John the Baptist said “Think not to say within yourselves we have Abraham to our father.” Don’t rely on the fact that you’re a physical child of Abraham. Israel Moment #22 - The Jews Killed Jesus - Hello this is Pastor Steven Anderson from Faithful Word Baptist Church in Tempe, Arizona. Today I want to talk a little more about 1st Thessalonians chapter 2, verse 14, where the Bible reads "For ye brethren became followers of the churches of God, which in Judaea are in Christ Jesus, for ye also have suffered like things of your own countrymen, even as they have of the Jews, who both killed the Lord Jesus, and their own prophets, and have persecuted us, and they please not God, and are contrary to all men." So according to this scripture, the Jews killed Jesus. A lot of people will try to say "No, no, no, it was the ROMANS who killed Jesus". Well, the Bible says that it was the Jews who killed Jesus in 1st Thessalonians 2. - And a lot of people will get angry at you for just stating that simple fact, and they will say that you're an anti-semite, and that you hate Jews, and that you, you know, are a neo-nazi or some crazy thing like that. Just for saying that the Jews killed Jesus. Now, I am not saying that TODAY'S Jews killed Jesus because obviously they weren't around back then, this was 2000 years ago. But back when this happened, the Jews are definitely the ones who killed Jesus. Now I have heard some people who try to say that the Romans did it, but then other people said "Well, you can't really say that the Jews killed Jesus because it was just a few rulers. It was just the chief priests and the rulers that crucified him, you can't blame the nation or the people themselves." Well, listen to what Acts chapter 3 says, beginning in verse 14 it says "But ye denied the Holy One"- talking about Jesus- "and the just, and desired a murderer to be granted unto you. And KILLED the prince of life." So he says to them, "YOU KILLED the prince of life". "Whom God hath raised from the dead, whereof we are witnesses. And His name, through faith in His name has made this man strong whom ye see and know. Yea, the faith which is by him hath given him this perfect soundness in the presence of you all. And now brethren, I wot that through ignorance ye did it, as did also your rulers." - So if we look at this verse, it's clear that it was NOT just the rulers who did it. He said "YOU DID IT", talking to the Jews in general, "as did also your rulers". If you read the context of Acts chapter 3, he was speaking to a group of MANY THOUSANDS of Jews, and he says "You killed Jesus, you did it through ignorance, as did also your rulers", and he is giving them the chance to repent, to basically change their mind. You know, they had rejected Christ in the past. They're being given another chance to now believe on Jesus Christ, and not continue in their unbelief and rejection of the Lord. So, this is not something hateful of Jews, or to say that Jews cannot be saved, because alot of the people in Acts chapter 3 did get saved. But it is a fact that the Jews are the ones that killed Jesus. And in fact, in the Talmud, the "Holy Book" of Judaism... They take credit for killing Jesus! They don't even mention that the Romans did it. They talk about themselves killing Jesus. So to sit there and say that you're an anti-Semite because you say that the Jews killed Jesus... You know, that's just a cop-out, just, whenever you can't handle Biblical truth, you just play the race card, and say it's about race. It's not about race! - Judaism is a religion, not a race. And so the, you know, countries like Canada and Germany have laws that you can't even say from the pulpit that the Jews killed Jesus, you can't even read these verses publicly without breaking the law. You know that's ridiculous, and I'm never going to stop preaching what the Bible says in these scriptures because, you know, we're to preach the whole world. And I'm not going to let somebody intimidate me from saying what the Bible says about the crucifixion of Jesus that it was carried out by the Jews, and that they're the ones who are blamed all throughout the book of Acts, just because it's not popular, "it's going to get me labelled an anti-Semite." I'm not an anti-Semite. I've said it over and over again that God has made all nations of the earth of one blood. So I don't think that there is any difference between the Jew and the Gentile. Israel Moment #23 - Dark Forces Behind Israel Becoming a Nation - Hello this is Pastor Steven Anderson from Faithful Word Baptist Church in Tempe, Arizona. And today I want to talk to you about Hebrews 3:17 through 19. The Bible reads "But with whom was he grieved 40 years? Was it not with them that had sinned, whose carcasses fell in the wilderness? And to whom sware he that they should not enter into His rest, but to them that believed not?" So we see that they could not enter in because of unbelief. Now. This is talking about that generation that came out of Egypt with Moses that wandered in the wilderness for forty years, because they could not enter into the promised land. And why could they not enter into the promised land? Because of unbelief. - Now after they died in the wilderness, their children, the next generation, they believed the Lord. And so they were allowed to enter into the Promised Land. Now why is that important? Because all throughout scripture we see a pattern where the children of Israel did not believe, they couldn't enter into the land. Once they believed, then they were allowed to enter the land. Later when they turned and worshipped other Gods, they were removed from the land. THEN in their captivity, when they turned to the Lord, they came back into the land. THEN, when they rejected the Lord Jesus Christ in the first century, they were removed from the land, okay? THEN, in 1948, they all believed on Jesus and then they all came back to the land... Is that what happened? No. What we see in 1947 and 1948, is Israel becoming a nation, the people returning to the land. But they did NOT BELIEVE on the Lord Jesus Christ, nothing changed about their belief. They were thrown out of the land for rejecting Jesus Christ. So why would God bring them back into the land, when they're STILL REJECTING Jesus Christ? Nothing's changed! And this would violate the pattern of what God has always done throughout scripture, where their right to be in that land was not just some unconditional promise that says "Hey this land is yours no matter what, it belongs to you no matter what." No, it was ALWAYS conditional upon them worshipping the Lord. And when they would not worship the Lord, they were kicked out, or they weren't allowed to enter. When they were worshipping the Lord, they were allowed to be there and prosper in that Land. And you have to ask yourself, if the Lord is not the one who brought them back in 1947 and 1948, then who did? If it wasn't the Lord that did it... You say "oh, it's a miracle!" No, it's not a miracle my friend. It was a phenomenon, but it was not a miracle. You can look at all the events that led up to it through world war one, there was the Balfour Declaration which was a letter sent to Nathan Rothschild, you know, granting the land of Palestine to be a place for the Jews to have a homeland and so forth. You know, through the machinations of politicians and governors and the rulers of the darkness of this world, through a lot of people spending a lot of money... Like people giving a ton of money to Harry Truman's campaign in order to get him to recognize Israel as a nation. You know, money that went through the whole process from World War One, to World War Two and afterward, it was all done through the funds of Jewish bankers and it was also done through the satanic institution known as the United Nations. See, the United Nations is the embryonic world government that one day is going to be you know, the seed of a global government that's going to install the antichrist. So if we look at the forces that were behind Israel becoming a nation, it was a lot of wicked people. It was a lot of satanic, you know, ultra wealthy Jewish bankers, it was a lot of people in the United Nations and other wicked organizations like that. It wasn't of the Lord. And the proof that it wasn't of the Lord, is that they never turned to Jesus. So therefore, they're not even worshipping the Lord, so why would the Lord bring them back? It doesn't make any sense. And so to say that "God is blessing Israel by bringing them back into the land"... Israel Moment #24 - Jews Are Spiritual Ishmael - Hello this is Pastor Steven Anderson from Faithful Word Baptist Church in Tempe, Arizona. Today I want to talk about Galatians chapter 4, verses 22 through 26, where the Bible reads "For it is written, that Abraham had two sons, the one by a bondmaid, the other by a freewoman. But he who was of the bondwoman was born after the flesh; but he of the freewoman was by promise. Which things are an allegory: for these are the two covenants; the one from the mount Sinai, which gendereth to bondage, which is Agar. For this Agar is mount Sinai in Arabia, and answereth to Jerusalem which now is, and is in bondage with her children. But Jerusalem which is above is free, which is the mother of us all." - So according to this scripture, Abraham's two sons are an allegory. His son Ishmael represents the Old Covenant and the children of the flesh, the physical children of Abraham. Isaac on the other hand, represents the spiritual children of Abraham, the children of promise. That's why the Apostle Paul says unto the gentile believers of Galatia in verse 28, "Now, WE BRETHREN, as ISAAC was, are the children of promise." So here in Galatians 4:28, he says that we that believe on Christ are the Children of promise. The fleshly children of Abraham that DON'T believe on Jesus Christ, they are spiritual Ishmael, according to this scripture. So a lot of people will try to teach that "Oh yeah, the Jews over there, you know, they are the sons of Isaac, they're the sons of Israel, and that land belongs to them". But wait a minute; God doesn't recognize them as such. God says that they are a spiritual Ishmael. - And people will often say "Oh the Palestinians, those are all the children of Ishmael." You know who the real children of Ishmael are according to the New Testament? God looks at the Jews today that don't believe on Jesus Christ and He says "You're of Hagar! You are Ishmael!" So, when we study Galatians 4, we see that the allegory here, the symbolism of the Old Testament is that Isaac represents the saved believer, the true son of Abraham. And Ishmael represents the bastard son of Abraham, the one who is of the flesh, and the Bible says that's the unbelieving Jews today. They're the bastard sons of Abraham. They're not going to inherit with the son of the freewoman. Ishmael was cast out. He doesn't inherit. Israel Moment #25 - Jews Persecuting Christians - Hello this is Pastor Steven Anderson from Faithful Word Baptist Church in Tempe, Arizona. And today I want to continue talking about this allegory in Galatians chapter 4 of Abraham's two sons Ishmael and Isaac. And the Bible tells us that this was an allegory of the two covenants, of the two testaments. And he says that the PHYSICAL seed of Abraham are represented by Ishmael, whereas the spiritual seed of Abraham, those who believe in Jesus Christ, are the sons of Isaac. And we talked about that in the last moment. Now people who don't believe like we believe about Israel, that they're no longer God's chosen people, but that rather they have been replaced by Christians, they will often say that we "tend to spiritualize everything, instead of taking it literally". But here's the thing. The Bible in Galatians 4 here is spiritualizing things, because it says right here that it's an allegory of two covenants. - So when we read the story of Ishmael and Isaac, you can sit there and interpret it all you want and say "oh yeah, Isaac represents the Jews, and Ishmael represents the Palestinians", but that's not how the Bible interprets that story. The Bible says that believers in Christ, even gentile believers in Christ are the children of Isaac, or represented by Isaac. And that the unbelieving Jews today are spiritual Ishmael. That's what Galatians 4:22 through 26 teaches. But, let's continue reading in the chapter beginning in verse 28. It says "Now we brethren as Isaac was are the children of promise." Again, talking to gentile believers in Galatia saying we're of Isaac. He says in verse 29... "But as THEN, he that was born after the flesh persecuted him that was born after the spirit, even so it is now." So it's saying just as Ishmael persecuted Isaac, it's the same way today, that the "Jews" today, he is saying, are persecuting the Christians. - Now, let's keep reading. It says in verse 29, "Nevertheless, what saith the scripture? Cast out the bondwoman and her son. For the son of the bondwoman shall not be heir with the son of the freewoman. So then brethren, we're not the children of the bondwoman, but of the free." And he just finished saying that the children of the Bondwoman are the current inhabitants of Jerusalem. It's the physical seed of Abraham that are the spiritual Ishmael. And you say "wait a minute, Jews persecuting Christians? What are you talking about?" Well, if you read the book of Acts, the "Jews" are persecuting the Christians all throughout the book of Acts. And, you know, we often think about the Romans persecuting the Christians... You're not going to find it in the book of Acts. Because when you study the book of Acts, you'll see that the Romans are constantly defending the apostle Paul against the Jews. The Jews are trying to tear him apart. The Jews are trying to kill him. And the Romans have to come and rescue him out of their hands. - When we study the book of Acts, over and over again, it's the Jews that come into a town and stir up the people against the disciples and so forth. So for Paul to say that just like back then Ishmael persecuted Isaac, that's the way it is now. The physical children of Abraham are persecuting the spiritual children of Abraham. That fits perfectly with what was going on in the book of Acts when this was written, that was exactly what was taking place; the "Jews" persecuting the Christians, all throughout the book of Acts. So it's crystal clear when you read Galatians 4 that the unbelieving Jews are spiritual Ishmael, and that we as Christians, whether we're Jew or gentile, whether you're the apostle Paul, or whether you're a gentile from Galatia, YOU ARE ISRAEL TODAY. If you're saved. The "Jews" today, are Ishmael. Israel Moment #26 - The Jews Are The Racists - Hello this is Pastor Steven Anderson from Faithful Word Baptist Church in Tempe, Arizona. Today I want to talk about Titus chapter 1, verses 10 through 14. The Bible reads "For there are many unruly and vain talkers and deceivers" watch this, "ESPECIALLY they of the circumcision". So he is warning about a lot of liars and deceivers and false teachers, and he says "ESPECIALLY those of the circumcision". He is saying especially the "Jews", are who to watch out for. He says in verse 11, "whose mouths must be stopped, who subvert whole houses, teaching things which they ought not, for filthy lucre's sake. One of themselves, even a prophet of their own, said, the Cretians are always liars, evil beasts, slow bellies. This witness is true. Wherefore rebuke them sharply that they may by sound in the faith. NOT GIVING HEED TO JEWISH FABLES and commandments of men, that turn from the truth." So the Bible is warning us about these lying, deceiving, false prophets, who HATED the gentiles. They said "oh, the Cretians are always liars! The Cretians are evil beasts!" I mean they're just taking a whole nationality of people- the Cretians- and declaring them to be animals. Declaring them to be evil beasts. Now, who is the racist here? This is Jews being racist against the Greek, in Crete. And saying "oh yeah, they're evil beasts, they're ALL liars!" I mean, talk about stereotyping, or having a prejudice toward people based only on their race. That's what the Jews were doing in Titus chapter 1. And that's why Paul says unto them, unto Titus, "Wherefore REBUKE them sharply, that they may be sound in faith, NOT giving heed to Jewish fables." - So these people of the circumcision were following a lot of Jewish fables, and they think that they're better than the Cretians; they think that they're better than everyone else, just because they are of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. The Bible tells us to rebuke them sharply. Now what's interesting if you look at Jesus' ministry, who did he rebuke the most sharply? The Pharisees. Who had basically... That's the Judaism today, is the Pharisees, okay? Who did John the Baptist rebuke the most sharply? The Pharisees. Modern day Judaism IS THE RELIGION OF THE PHARISEES, even a Rabbi will tell you that. - And so why in the world do we as Christians think that it's wrong to rebuke Judaism and "oh man, we better be careful what we say about the Jews, we better be careful what we say about that religion, you know, they are God's chosen people..." And why in the world would a Christian church bring in a Rabbi to speak to them, when Jesus said "be not ye called Rabbi"? But yet today Christian churches are bringing in Rabbis and sharing the platform with Rabbis. The Bible says these people need to be rebuked SHARPLY. They're the only people that God says to rebuke sharply, and yet, these are the people that are the LEAST likely to be sharply rebuked in 2014 by Christians. Israel Moment #27 - The Elect (Chosen) People Will Not Be Deceived - Hello this is Pastor Steven Anderson from Faithful Word Baptist church in Tempe Arizona. And Today I want to talk about Mathew 24:24, because I want to go through a lot of mentions of the word "elect" in the New Testament, just to show you that this word "elect" is referring to believers in Jesus Christ, under the new covenant. It's not referring unto the physical nation of Israel. Now why is that important? Because the word elect means "chosen". For example, if we were to "elect" a president, that means we have chosen a president. So when the Bible calls us as believers, "God's Elect", He is saying that we are the chosen people. - But yet today, Christians don't think that we as saved, born again believers are God's chosen people. They say "No, no, no, the Jews are God's chosen people". They will point to UNBELIEVING, unregenerate Israel and say that THEY are God's chosen people. "They're God's elect". But that's not what the Bible teaches. Let me just show you one quick example in this moment, and in the next moments I will show you more. But in Mathew 24:24, we see the word "elect" come up in the New Testament, and it says "There shall arise false christs, and false prophets, and shall show great signs and wonders insomuch that IF IT WERE POSSIBLE, they shall deceive the very elect." So according to that scripture, in the end times there will be false christs and false prophets that will be so convincing that IF IT WERE POSSIBLE, they would deceive the very elect. Which means that it's not possible. And that tells us right there that no believer in Christ is going to fall for the anti-Christ. None of the elect are going to be deceived by a false Christ like the anti-Christ. - But wait a minute. People are trying to tell us today that the elect here is "referring to Israel, it's referring to the Jews." Well guess what? The Jews have already believed in an anti-Christ. They've already fallen for a false Christ, because they're looking for a mythical Messiah other than Jesus. They've rejected Jesus as the Messiah, and they're looking for some other false Messiah that's going to come and be the "real messiah", because they don't believe in Jesus. Why would we believe that this is talking about the Jews in Mathew 24:24, when it says that it's impossible for them to be deceived by false prophets and false christs. - Look, every Rabbi is a false prophet. So the Jews are being deceived by false prophets every day. Israel is deceived by false prophets and a false messiah that they're looking for every day. Therefore, Mathew 24:24 CANNOT be referring to the "Jews" or Israel, when it says "the elect" there, "not being deceived", it can only be referring to a Holy Spirit indwelt born again child of God, because we as Christians will not be deceived by the anti-Christ. We're saved, we have the Holy Ghost. And we've been enlightened, we will not be deceived. Israel Moment #28 - The Elect (Chosen) Are Justified By Christ - Hello this is Pastor Steven Anderson from Faithful Word Baptist Church in Tempe, Arizona. And today I want to show you another scripture that uses the term “elect” to refer to believers in Christ, just to show you that it’s we as Christians that are God’s chosen people, not the Jews. The word “elect” means “chosen”. So we as Christians are the chosen people. The Jews are not elect unless they believe in Christ, then they’ll be elect. Listen to Romans 8, starting in verse 33. “Who shall lay anything to the charge of God’s elect? It is God that justifieth.” - So right there we see that being elect is to be justified by God. How are we justified? By faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, not of works lest any man should boast. So he says “who shall lay anything to the charge of God’s elect? It is God that justifieth. Who is he that condemneth, it is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for US. Who shall separate us from the love of Christ?” And on and on. See, we’re ELECT, because we’re justified, because we believe in Jesus. Because we believe in the resurrection, and because Jesus loves us. and he will never leave us or forsake us. - Nothing can separate us from the love of Jesus Christ. He is daily making intercession for us, WE are the elect, WE are the chosen people. This is spoken unto the Romans. He says “we’re the elect, Gods making intercession for US. Nothing is going to separate US from the love of Christ.” And he is talking to gentiles in the book of Romans. So again, this just goes to show you that it’s not the Jews that are elect in the New Testament, or chosen in the New Testament. Israel Moment #29 - The Elect (Chosen) Are In Christ - Hello this is Pastor Steven Anderson from Faithful Word Baptist Church in Tempe, Arizona. And today I want to show you another scripture from that Bible that proves that the "elect", or "the chosen", are not the Jews today, because they don't believe in Jesus Christ. I'm going to show you that it's being saved that makes you elect, and what does "elect" mean? Chosen. Who are the "chosen people", who are "the elect". Believers in Jesus Christ. Look at Colossians 3:11. The Bible reads "Where there is neither Greek nor Jew, circumcision nor uncircumcision, Barbarian, Scythian, bond nor free: but Christ is all, and in all. Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering”. The Bible is crystal clear here. He says "there is neither Jew nor Greek, so just put on as the elect of God, x y and z." - What's he saying? He is saying that it doesn't matter whether you are Jew or gentile. You're elect if you're in Christ Jesus. And if you are not in Christ, you're not elect, because you have to be justified by faith to be one of the elect. And what does "elect" mean? Chosen. Who were God's chosen people in the Old Testament? You know, God did choose the nation of Israel in the Old Testament, and they were His chosen generation, they were His chosen people. But in the New Testament, that is no longer the case. Israel Moment #30 - Salvation is What Makes Us Elect In The New Testament - Hello this is Pastor Steven Anderson from Faithful Word Baptist Church in Tempe, Arizona. And today I just want to show you a few more scripture using the word "elect" just to show you that this is referring to believers, it's not referring to the Jews. A lot of people today will say that "the Jews are God's chosen people", and they're talking about unsaved Jews! And they're talking about Jews that follow a different religion of Judaism! And they will point to the people that live in Israel and say "they're the chosen people of God, we need to support them". But wait a minute. In the New Testament, the chosen people of God are saved Christians. That's why we're called "the elect". Elect means chosen. - Listen to Titus 1:1, "Paul, a servant of God and an apostle of Jesus Christ, according to the FAITH of God's elect. And the acknowledging of the truth, which is after Godliness." So according to Titus 1:1, "the elect" is associated with having faith in Christ, and with acknowledging the truth. Listen to 1st Peter 1:1, we'll find the same thing. It says "Peter, an apostle of Jesus Christ, to the strangers scattered throughout Pontus, Galatia, Cappadocia, Asia and Bithynia. Elect according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, through sanctification of the spirit, unto obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ, grace unto you and peace, be multiplied." - So again, what makes us elect? The sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ? What makes us elect? Salvation through faith in the Lord Jesus. It's consistent. We're looking at all kinds of verses that show you that the elect can be scattered in all different nations, they can be in all different countries, they can be Roman, they can Galatian, they can be Colossian, they can be Jew or Gentile, Barbarian, Scythian, bond, free, it doesn't matter. Israel Moment #31 - Jews Read the Bible Blindfolded - Hello this is Pastor Steven Anderson from Faithful Word Baptist Church in Tempe Arizona, and today I want to talk about another passage that uses the term elect which is in Romans 11:7. The Bible reads "What then? Israel hath not obtained that which he seeketh for, but the election hath obtained it, and the rest were blinded." So people who try to say that ALL of Israel, whether they're saved or not, whether they believe or not they're all elect. This verse just proves that that's false, because it says right here, Israel hath NOT obtained that which he seeketh for, but the election HATH obtained it, and the rest were blinded. Well if those two groups are the same thing, that wouldn't even make any sense! IF Israel ARE the elect, then how could he say "well, Israel's blinded and the election is not blinded"? It's because the election is not referring to Israel. It's the election according to grace. It's the election, meaning the chosen people are those who believe on Jesus Christ and are saved by grace. - Now, was there an "election", or "choosing", of the Jews in the Old Testament? Yes there was. In the Old Testament, God did choose Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. The Bible talks about them being "beloved for the Father's sake", that that nation of Israel was God's chosen people in the Old Testament. But in the New Testament, the Bible said that the kingdom of God would be taken from them, and be given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof. They're no longer God's chosen people, according to Romans 11:7, they're not the election. They've been blinded! Now, what does it mean to be blinded? Well listen to 2nd Corinthians chapter 3, because the apostle Paul makes some similar statements over here in verse 13. "And not as Moses, which put a veil over his face, that the children of Israel could not steadfastly look to the end of that which is abolished, but their minds were blinded." Talking about the children of Israel. It says, for until this day, remaineth the same veil untaken away in the reading of the Old Testament, which veil is done away in Christ. But even unto this day, when Moses is read, the veil is upon their heart, nevertheless when it shall turn to the Lord, the veil shall be taken away. - This is saying that even when the Israelites today read the Old Testament, they have a veil, they're blinded. Basically what the Bible is saying is that they're reading the Old Testament blindfolded. Now let me ask you this. If, according to the Bible, Jews today that are not saved, that don't believe in Jesus... If they're reading the Old Testament blindfolded, why would we go to them for help on interpreting the Old Testament? I mean Christians today think, "Oh, let's see what the Jews think about this Old Testament passage, you know, let's get their opinion on what this passage means." Hold on, why would you have someone who is blindfolded lead you? I think Jesus talked about the fact that you're both going to fall in the ditch, when the blind lead the blind. And so we should never go to the Jews, to try to get interpretations of God's word, because the Bible is clear, they're blinded. They are reading the Bible blindfolded. They're not going to interpret it for you correctly. Israel Moment #32 - Jews Worship a False god Named Shekinah - Hello this is Pastor Steven Anderson from Faithful Word Baptist Church in Tempe, Arizona, and today I want to talk about the word "Shekinah", or sometimes you will hear it "shek-ee-nah", different ways to pronounce it. Now, I grew up in Baptist churches, and throughout my time I've heard preachers refer to "the Shekinah glory of God", over and over again. I mean multiple preachers, I've heard talk about "the Shekinah glory". Now, I just assumed that they were going back to the Hebrew, because oftentimes preachers will try to look smart by throwing in some Hebrew words. So I assumed "well, that must be the Hebrew word for glory", because they talk about "the Shekinah glory". But once I did some research on it I realised that that word "Shekinah" or "Shek-ee-nah", is NEVER found in the Bible one time. It's never found in the Hebrew! It's just never been used in the Bible before the time of Christ. But after the Jews rejected the Lord Jesus Christ, and had their apostate, rabbinical Judaism religion that's based on the Babylonian Talmud, and not on the Bible... That's where they came up with this concept of "Shekinah". - And if you go to a Jewish website and look up what they teach about "Shekinah", they teach that this is a FEMININE name for God. And that it represents the "female" aspect of God. And what they teach in Judaism is that God is both male AND female. And I asked a Jewish Rabbi, I said "Where in the Bible does it teach that God is both male and female?" Because all throughout the Bible it's just "He, Him, His..." But they say "No, no, no, God is both male and female. And so when we talk about God, sometimes we call him by his name Shekinah." And the Jews say that when they call Him by "Shekinah", they will use the word "she", about God, when they call God "Shekinah", okay? Because this is "the female side of God. Well, that's just not Biblical, there's no female side of God. But this is all part of the New Age Mysticism that Judaism combines, the Kabala and these other aspects. You know, New Age Mysticism will often talk about a female deity, a "mother goddess", type of a deity. And that's what the Jews have with this word "Shekinah". God forbid that any Christian Pastor or Baptist Pastor would ever use the word "Shekinah", it's a blasphemous word about a female God, it has nothing to do with the Bible. - Now, I asked a Rabbi, where this is coming from and they said "Well, the reason we believe God is both male and female is because he created man and woman in His own image, and so therefore he is both." But that's not what the Bible teaches, because listen to 1st Corinthians chapter number 11, where God talks about this exact subject. He says in verse 7, "For a MAN indeed ought not to cover HIS head, forasmuch as HE is the image and glory of God, but the woman is the glory of the man." So the Bible clearly states in 1st Corinthians 11:7 that man is made in the image of God, and that woman is not in the image of God, okay? MAN is in God's image, which is why he should not cover his head, as opposed to the woman, who should cover her head, meaning have long hair, as a covering. Also, if you go back to Genesis Chapter 1, the Bible says "So God created man in his own image, in the the image of God created He HIM, male and female, created he them. Now, this is nothing negative about women, or disparaging women or saying that women are of lesser value, that's not what this is about at all, but being the image of God, means that we look like God. And so men are made in the image of God because God is masculine in His appearance, and in His character. And so, this teaching that God is both a "He" and a "she", I'm sure it's going to be very popular in our modern, perverted, transvestite, weirdo society... But let me tell you something. It's not Biblical. And a lot of the modern Bibles today are making the Bible "gender neutral", the new NIV is going more "gender neutral", the 2011 edition. And then you hear Christian bible teachers coming out and talking about "the Shekinah"... Israel Moment #33 - The Star of David is a Fraud - Hello this is Pastor Steven Anderson from Faithful Word Baptist Church in Tempe Arizona, and today I want to talk about the Star of David. Now this is a really big symbol for the Jews. In fact, the Israeli flag features the Star of David. If you go over to the home of a Jew, you'll often see decorations that include the Star of David. And we're told that this star has something to do with David. But yet when you look this up in the Bible, you'll never find ANY "Star of David", or any star that's associated with David. I asked 4 different Jewish leaders, Jewish Rabbis. I asked them, "is the Star of David found in the Bible?" They said "no". I asked them "where does it come from? What does it mean?" And they said they don't know where it comes from. But supposedly, this is just a "Godly symbol". - And even Christians today will often wear the Star of David, and promote the Star of David, to "show their support for Israel", they support the Star of David. Let me show you what that star really is, it's not of David. Listen to Acts 7, 43, the Bible says "Yea, ye took up the tabernacle of Moloch, and THE STAR OF YOUR GOD REMPHAN, figures which ye made to worship them, and I will carry you away beyond Babylon." So the Bible says that in the Old Testament, when the children of Israel worshipped other gods, they made a star that they worshiped. They made a figure or an image of a star that they worshiped, and that was called the Star of Remphan. And so he said "you took up the star of your god Remphan." So there's no Star of David in the Bible, but there definitely is a star of Remphan. - Now let me ask you this... Are the Jews today in modern Israel worshiping the Lord Jesus Christ? Because the Bible says that if you don't have the Son, you don't have the Father. So you can't sit there and say that they're worshiping God the Father, "they don't acknowledge Jesus, but they are worshiping God the Father". No, God said if you don't have the Son, you don't have the Father. Therefore they do not have the same God that we have today. So they're worshiping a false God. And so does it surprise you that the star that they use as a symbol of their FALSE religion, that worships another God is mentioned in the Bible as the "star of Remphan". That's what that symbol on the flag is. Don't you dare as a Christian decorate with that symbol, or put that symbol up in your church as some kind of a symbol of Israel. You know what? Israel Moment #34 - Uncircumcised Jews in the OT Were NOT Gods People - Hello this is Pastor Steven Anderson from Faithful Word Baptist Church in Tempe, Arizona. Today I want to talk about Genesis 17 verse 14, where the Bible reads "And the uncircumcised man child whose flesh of his foreskin is not circumcised, that soul shall be cut off from his people, he hath broken my covenant." Now a lot of people today would have you to believe that in order to be one of God's chosen people you just have to be a certain ethnicity, and they'll say that the "Jews", quote unquote, today, because they descend from Abraham, Isaac and Jacob are God's chosen people just by virtue of their ethnicity, just by virtue of their physical descent. But what this shows is that even in the Old Covenant, you had to do more than just be born into a certain family in order to be one of God's chosen people. You had to also be circumcised, even under the Old Testament, circumcision was necessary, AND if a person were not circumcised, then that person were cut off from his people, therefore they are no longer considered one of God's chosen people, because they've broken that covenant. - Now in the New Testament we do not observe physical circumcision. Galatians chapter 2, Galatians 5 and 6 make that very clear. Under the new covenant there's the circumcision of the heart and of the spirit. But what I'm illustrating is that being a certain ethnicity has NEVER made you automatically one of God's chosen people. Under the Old Covenant, you had to be circumcised, among other things in order to remain one of God's chosen people. So again this just goes to show that this idea that just a race or an ethnicity is "automatically God's chosen people"... and you try to point out the fact that, hey, they reject the Lord Jesus Christ, they're worshiping another God.... People say "that doesn't matter, it has nothing to do with it, it's just the fact that they are descended from Abraham, Isaac and Jacob that makes them chosen or elect." Now some might say "well, you know, they ARE physically circumcised though, so under the Old Covenant, they're good!" Well guess what? The Old Covenant is no longer in effect. Hebrews 8 says "In that he saith, A new covenant, he hath made the first old. Now that which decayeth and waxeth old is ready to vanish away." Israel Moment #35 - Becoming a Jew - Hello this is Pastor Steven Anderson from Faithful Word Baptist Church in Tempe, Arizona. Today I want to talk about Esther 8:17. There's a lot of confusion today about the word "Jew". A lot of people think that being "Jewish", is an ethnicity, and that it has to do with the fact that you descend from Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. If we were to ask Adolf Hitler, he would agree with that, because he definitely believed that being Jewish was a racial thing. And if we were to ask Zionist Christians today, they would tell you that "oh yeah, people that are Jews, they're a certain ethnicity, it means that they descend from Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, and that means that they are God's chosen people, because they descend from that bloodline." But let's see if the Bible defines being a Jew as being of a certain ethnicity. Listen to Esther 8:17. "And in every province, and in every city, whithersoever the king's commandment and his decree came, the Jews had joy and gladness, a feast and a good day. And many of the people of the land BECAME Jews; for the fear of the Jews fell upon them." - Now according to this scripture, many people at that time BECAME Jews. Now if being a "Jew", were an ethnicity, it would be impossible to become one, because you can't change your ethnicity. For example, if I talked about becoming an American, that would be very possible, for someone of any ethnicity to become an American. Why? Because being an American has to do with what nation you are a citizen of. If I talked about becoming a Christian, that would be very possible as well, because neither of those things have to do with a certain ethnicity. Well, here's the thing. Being a Jew, is not an ethnicity either. Being a Jew is a religious belief. And in Esther 8:17, we see people becoming Jews, meaning that they start to believe in the God of the Jews. Now, the people at the time of Esther 8:17 who became Jews, they were worshiping the true God of the Bible. Of course today's "Jews", do not worship the God of the Bible. Today's so called "Jews" who are outwardly "Jews", who are ethnically claiming to be "Jewish", whatever that means... They worship a false God, because the Bible says that if they don't have the Son, then they don't have the Father. And since they reject the Lord Jesus Christ in the religion of Judaism, Jews are worshiping a false God. - So if a person today were to become a "Jew", they would be joining up with a false religion. Whereas in Esther 8:17, they were worshiping the true God, as Jews. So this scripture should prove to any thinking person, that obviously being a Jew is not an ethnicity, it doesn't have to do with your lineage, or what bloodline you are of, because here we have a bunch of people of a completely different bloodline becoming Jews. How is that possible? Because being Jewish is NOT an ethnicity, it's a religion. It's a belief. At that time it was a nation, so, to sit there and say that "you're a racist if you speak out against Judaism or the Jews" makes absolutely no sense, since it's not a race of people. That would be like saying "oh, you're against Mormons, you're a racist!" No, because Mormonism is not a race, it's a belief system that anybody can join if they want to worship Satan. Israel Moment #36 - Today's Jews Are Uncircumcised in Heart - Hello this is Pastor Steven Anderson from Faithful Word Baptist Church in Tempe, Arizona. Today I want to talk about Jeremiah chapter 9 verses 25-26 where the Bible reads "Behold the days come, saith the Lord, that I will punish all them which are circumcised WITH the uncircumcised. Egypt and Judah, and Edom, and the children of Ammon, and Moab, and all that are in the utmost corners, that dwell in the wilderness. For all these nations are uncircumcised, and all the house of Israel are uncircumcised IN THE HEART." So here the Bible is saying that the uncircumcised will be punished with the circumcised, because the fact that an Israelite is circumcised (physically) is meaningless to God, since they are uncircumcised of heart. This is reiterated of course in Romans 2:28 and 29 in the New Testament, when the Bible says "For he is not a Jew which is one outwardly, neither is that circumcision which is outward in the flesh. But he is a Jew which is one inwardly, and circumcision is that of the HEART, in the spirit and not in the letter, whose praise is not of men, but of God." That's exactly what Jeremiah 9 meant, when it said that the house of Israel were all uncircumcised in their HEART. - Here we have it again in Romans 2:28 and 29. You say "well if they're not really Jews, then why do you keep calling them Jews?" Well, it says a little bit earlier in the chapter "Behold, thou art called a Jew", and it does say that they are Jews OUTWARDLY. That's why we call them Jews because they are outwardly Jews. But inwardly they're not, and therefore God does not recognize them as being the circumcision, as being His people, as being true Jews. Philippians 3:3 of course makes it clear when it says "we are the circumcision which worship God in the Spirit, and rejoice in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in the flesh." That's what circumcision of the heart means in the New Testament. You have to rejoice in Christ Jesus, you have to have NO confidence in the flesh. Jeremiah 9 made it clear that the house of Israel was uncircumcised in heart, and would suffer the same fate as those who were physically uncircumcised. So the fact that today's so-called "Jews" are circumcised physically means NOTHING to God. They're not His people. In the Old Covenant, if you didn't have the physical circumcision, you're not one of God's people. But God takes it a step further and says "if your hearts not circumcised, you're not one of my people." Israel Moment #37 - What is the Talmud - Hello this is Pastor Steven Anderson from Faithful Word Baptist Church in Tempe Arizona. Today I want to talk about Mark chapter 7, verses 3 through 9. And I want to explain to you about a book called the Talmud, that is the "holy book" of the Jews. A lot of people think that the Jews believe in the Old Testament... Really, their religion is not based on the Old Testament. There are so many things in the Old Testament that actually contradict what they believe. They actually follow a different book called the Talmud. Now these false teachings that go against Old Testament scripture were already in existence at the time of Christ. In Mark 7, we find Jesus rebuking these "oral traditions" that would later be written down around 500 years later in the Talmud. But they already were being taught as early as around 200 BC. Listen to what it says in Mark 7:3. - "For the Pharisees, and all the Jews, except they wash their hands oft, eat not, holding the tradition of the elders. And when they come from the market, except they wash, they eat not. And many other things there be, which they have received to hold, as the washing of cups, and pots, brasen vessels, and of tables." These are all things that are later going to be written down in the TALMUD, and they're already being observed by all the Jews at this time. "Then the Pharisees and scribes asked him, Why walk not thy disciples according to the tradition of the elders, but eat bread with unwashen hands? He answered and said unto them, Well hath Esaias prophesied of you hypocrites, as it is written, This people honoureth me with their lips, but their heart is far from me. Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men. For laying aside the commandment of God, ye hold the tradition of men, as the washing of pots and cups: and many other such like things ye do. And he said unto them, Full well ye reject the commandment of God, that ye may keep your own tradition." - And this is exactly what Judaism is today, it's a religion that rejects the commandments of God, rejects the Old Testament scripture, CLAIMS to believe in it, draws nigh unto the Lord with their lips, but their heart is far from Him. Sure they claim to believe the Old Testament, but it's just like it was in Jesus' day, the Pharisees who wrote the Talmud, and the Pharisees today who call themselves orthodox Jews... They don't really believe in it, they have their OWN tradition, and to them that trumps the word of God. That's what the Talmud is. All the Talmud is, is a written version of what Jesus was speaking against here in Mark chapter 7. These "oral traditions of the elders" that were passed down. Later they were written down in the Talmud, in the Mishna. Israel Moment #38 - Jesus in the Talmud - Hello this is Pastor Steven Anderson from Faithful Word Baptist Church in Tempe Arizona. Today I want to talk about Acts 26, verse 11. This is where the Apostle Paul is talking about when he excelled in the Jews religion as he put it. And he was very zealous of persecuting Christians. This was before Paul had gotten saved. Listen to Acts 26:11. "And I punished them oft in every synagogue, and compelled them to blaspheme; and being exceedingly mad against them, I persecuted them even unto strange cities." So the Apostle Paul is talking about how he really worked hard to persecute Christians back when he was in the Jews religion. And one of the things it says that he did was that he compelled them to blaspheme. He forced them to blaspheme. Now, why is this significant? Because in Revelation chapter 2, verse 9, when it talks about "the synagogue of Satan", He said "I know the BLASPHEMY of them which say they are Jews and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan." Obviously, those who SAY they are Jews and ARE NOT, are today's so-called "Jews", "Judaism". They claim to be Jews, but God does not recognize them spiritually as Jews, even though outwardly they are Jews, Romans 2:28 and 29 explains that. - But a lot of people will say "No, no, no, it's those who believe in replacement theology, THEY'RE the synagogue of satan, because they're saying that they're Jews and they're not." But here's the difference, we're not blaspheming Christ! He said "I know the BLASPHEMY of them which say they are Jews and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan." Now, if we are going to figure out who the synagogue of Satan is, it has to be somebody who is blaspheming! Because He knows their blasphemy. Well, this is something that is part and parcel of Judaism. Blaspheming Jesus Christ, blaspheming the Lord. We see the Apostle Paul saying it there in Acts 26:11, that he forced people to blaspheme Jesus Christ, as part of his activities in the Jews religion. We know that the Talmud is a very blasphemous book. Now, I want to mention to you another book right now. And this book is called "Jesus in the Talmud", by Doctor Peter Schaffer. And if you don't think that Judaism is blasphemous toward Jesus Christ, or that the Talmud is blasphemous, you should check out this book "Jesus in the Talmud", by Dr. Peter Schaffer. Now, Peter Schaffer is not a wild-eyed conspiracy theorist. From reading the book, it's clear that he's not a Bible believing Christian, nor is he a Jew. He is just an academic. He is actually the head of Judaic studies at Princeton University. Now Princeton University is not a den of conspiracy theory. It's an institution that most people would have great respect for as being a scholarly place of learning. - And so this head of Judaic studies at Princeton University, who has examined all the documents in their original languages, and done all the research throughout the Talmud... He wrote this book called "Jesus in the Talmud", and he documents and explains every mention of Jesus Christ in the Talmud. Things like the "fact" that Jesus Christ is "the bastard son of a Roman soldier named Pantera", that "his mother Mary is a whore", that "he practiced sorcery and black magic that he learned when he was down in Egypt". Things like the "fact" that "Jesus is spending all eternity boiling in hot excrement". And all kinds of other wicked blasphemous things about the Lord Jesus Christ. So, the shoe fits, frankly, with Judaism. And if you talk to Rabbis today, they'll tell you that the Talmud is the word of God, and that it is authoritative, that it is inspired by God. And the Talmud is saying these awful, horrific things about Jesus. Again, this isn't just hearsay, it's all documented in the book, "Jesus in the Talmud", by Peter Schaffer, head of Judaic studies at Princeton University. Israel Moment #39 - Creepy Passage in the Talmud about Jesus - Hello this is Pastor Steven Anderson from Faithful Word Baptist church in Tempe Arizona. Today I want to talk about Zechariah 2, verses 7 and 8. Where the Bible reads "Deliver thyself, O Zion, that dwellest with the daughter of Babylon. For thus saith the Lord of hosts; After the glory hath he sent me unto the nations which spoiled you: for he that toucheth you toucheth the apple of his eye." And a lot of people who fail to rightly divide the Word of Truth, they'll quote Old Testament scriptures like this, and try to apply them to the current, modern day Christ-rejecting nation of Israel, or to modern day so-called "Jews", and say "they are the apple of God's eye! If you touch them, you're touching the apple of God's eye and God is going to punish you! You need to seek their good." And so forth. Now of course, like I said, these people are just stuck under the Old Covenant, they don't realize that the kingdom of god was taken from them, and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof, and that the "Jews" are no longer God's chosen people. But what's interesting about this, is that the teaching that applies... - This Old Testament scripture from Zechariah 2:7 and 8, "unto modern day Jews", doesn't come from the New Testament. It actually comes from the Talmud, and I'm going to show you that in a moment. But first of all, let me just show you the context, it says in verse 7 "Deliver thyself, O Zion, that dwellest with the daughter of Babylon." So this is being spoken while Jews are in Babylon, in the Babylonian captivity. And he's talking about the fact that when Babylon had attacked them, and taken them into captivity, and people are continuing to treat them poorly, that they're touching the apple of God's eye. That's back when the Jews were still God's chosen people, because it's back in the Old Testament! We're in the New Testament now. This scripture is not relevant to a Christ rejecting nation that is no longer God's chosen people. They're not the apple of His eye. We as believers, we as Christians are the apple of His eye! But here's what's creepy about this. - You'll hear this verse ALL the time, and you'll hear Zionist Christians all the time, "they're the apple of God's eye, apple of God's eye, apple of God's eye!" Listen to this. This is from the Talmud, and this is where Jesus Christ, our Lord and Saviour, is being boiled in hot excrement as punishment for mocking the words of the Rabbis... Of course the Talmud is a blasphemous book, to even say such things about our Lord Jesus Christ. But in the Talmud, as Jesus is being punished in boiling excrement... This is what Jesus says in the Talmud, about (unbelieving) "Israel".... "Seek their welfare, seek not their harm. Whoever touches them, is as though he touches the apple of God's eye." Then someone asks, "what is your punishment?", and Jesus says "with boiling excrement, for the master hath said, whoever mocks the words of the sages is punished with boiling excrement." - So basically, this fake story in the Talmud of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, in hell, being punished in boiling excrement for all eternity... He's the one who's telling you, O modern day Christian, that "if we touch the nation of Israel, we're touching the apple of God's eye". See, the Bible said that about OLD TESTAMENT Israel, that was captive in Babylon, back when they still worshiped the true God. Back before they REJECTED our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. It's the Talmud... and in fact it's one of the most blasphemous sections of the Talmud... where a fake Jesus is telling you to "do them no harm, seek their good, because they're the apple of God's eye." So next time you hear a Christian Zionist saying "well, the nation of Israel over there in the middle east, is the apple of God's eye", just remember that they're actually quoting the Satanic Talmud that blasphemes the Lord Jesus Christ. They're not quoting Zechariah chapter 2, because Zechariah chapter 2 was about an Old Testament nation that still worshiped the Lord. Israel Moment #40 - Israel is a Spiritual Sodom and Gomorrah - Hello this is Pastor Steven Anderson from Faithful Word Baptist Church in Tempe Arizona, and today I want to talk about Isaiah chapter 1, verses 9 through 11, where the Bible reads "Except the Lord of hosts had left unto us a very small remnant, we should have been as Sodom, and we should have been like unto Gomorrah. Hear the word of the Lord, ye rulers of Sodom; give ear unto the law of our God, ye people of Gomorrah. To what purpose is the multitude of your sacrifices unto me? saith the Lord", and on and on. So in this scripture, God is speaking to the leadership of the nation of Judah, he is speaking unto the Jews, and He is saying to them, "hear the word of the Lord, ye rulers of Sodom". Now of course, long before this, the literal cities of Sodom and Gomorrah had already been destroyed by God back in Genesis 19, but in this scripture, we see God referring to the Jews, and their leaders as the people of Sodom and Gomorrah. Why? Because they are spiritually like Sodom and Gomorrah. Not because they are physically the actual literal city of Sodom and Gomorrah, but because that's who they are spiritually. - Now, we have the same thing in Romans chapter 9, in verse number 29 where this is quoted. It says "And as Esaias said before, Except the Lord of Sabaoth had left us a seed, we had been as Sodom, and been made like unto Gomorrah. What shall we say then? That the Gentiles, which followed not after righteousness, have attained to righteousness, even the righteousness which is of faith. But Israel, which followed after the law of righteousness, hath not attained to the law of righteousness." So in Isaiah chapter 1, which is quoted in Romans 9, they are spiritually called Sodom. He says "listen to me, you rulers of Sodom, you rulers of Gomorrah, I'm tired of your sacrifices unto me", and so forth. Now this is very relevant, because the nation of Israel today over in the middle east, is actually a den of sodomy. In fact, it's the one place in the middle east where sodomy really abounds. - And people talk about "oh, it's so great that Israel is over there, it's a democracy over there, it's the only free country over there!" What they don't like to talk about is the fact that it's a total den of sodomy. For example, recently the homosexual flag was hoisted up above the United States embassy in Israel. Israel is the only place you are going to find in 2014 "gay pride parades" taking place in the middle east, and the homos march up and down the streets of Israel today, of Jerusalem, just proclaiming and announcing their sodomy. So let me just say this. If Israel were a spiritual Sodom and Gomorrah in Isaiah chapter 1, I believe that today Israel is a spiritual Sodom and Gomorrah. There's so much more evidence to this, I'm going to just have to put it up into a few other moments, just to look at all the times in scripture that Israel is over and over again, in times of apostasy, and in the last days, referred to as Sodom... And today I want to talk about Isaiah chapter 3 verses 8 and 9. The Bible reads "For Jerusalem is ruined, and Judah is fallen: because their tongue and their doings are against the Lord, to provoke the eyes of his glory. The shew of their countenance doth witness against them; and they declare their sin as Sodom, they hide it not. Woe unto their soul! for they have rewarded evil unto themselves." So this is yet another scripture where Israel is being likened unto Sodom, because they're just so open about their filthy sin in the eyes of God. Now you say "well that doesn't apply to Israel today, that was just at that time that Israel was being compared to Sodom, or that the Jews and their nation were being compared to Sodom." - But if we go to Revelation chapter 11 verse 8, which is dealing with end times Bible prophecy, He says in chapter 11, verse 8 "And their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified." Now we know that the city where our Lord was crucified was Jerusalem. He said it's impossible for a prophet to perish outside of Jerusalem. And so Jesus was crucified at Jerusalem. So the great city which SPIRITUALLY is called Sodom and Egypt in the end-times is JERUSALEM. That matches up with what we see today when we see Gay Pride parades taking place in Israel. I mean, they're declaring their sin as Sodom. It's the only place in the middle east that you'll find a Gay Pride parade- would be Israel. - Not only that, but Tel Aviv was just recently named the number 1 destination for homos in the WORLD. Number 1 vacation spot for homos to go, and have a good time, Tel Aviv. Not San Francisco, not Las Vegas Nevada, not Atlantic city New Jersey. No, Tel Aviv! Number one destination for queers and sodomites. So, it's no wonder that the Bible called them a spiritual Sodom and Gomorrah, when they just declare that filthy sin so openly and have no shame about it, and just tolerate it, and it's considered normal to them. There's so much more evidence to this, I'm going to just have to put it up into a few other moments, just to look at all the times in scripture that Israel is over and over again, in times of apostasy, and in the last days, referred to as Sodom... Israel Moment #42 - More Scripture Calling Israel a Spiritual Sodom - Hello this is Pastor Steven Anderson from Faithful Word Baptist Church in Tempe, Arizona. Today I want to talk about Jeremiah 23:14, where the Bible reads "I have seen also in the prophets of Jerusalem an horrible thing: they commit adultery, and walk in lies: they strengthen also the hands of evildoers, that none doth return from his wickedness; they are all of them unto me as Sodom, and the inhabitants thereof as Gomorrah." Now of course this was spoken about a long time ago about those dwelling in Jerusalem, but it could still be said today, that those in Jerusalem strengthen the hands of the evil-doers, and that they are spiritually Sodom. I proved it in the last couple of videos. The last few moments showed all those scriptures where the Bible is likening the nation of Israel unto Sodom, even in the last days. We've seen the evidence that Tel Aviv is considered the number 1 tourist place for homos to take their vacations. We've seen the queer pride parades that happen every year in Israel. The ONLY place in the middle east where they happen, just happens to be spiritual Sodom, also known as "Israel". - It says here that they "strengthen the hands of the evildoers." They promote it! They tolerate it, they act like it's normal to be a Sodomite, just like in America, where we're taught that it's "an alternative lifestyle", and that "homosexuality is wonderful, and people are born that way, we shouldn't say anything against it." It's the same way in Israel, as it is in the United States, where homosexuality is promoted, and protected, and everything like that. So, there you go. We've seen many scriptures in the last few videos showing that Israel is a spiritual Sodom and Gomorrah. But yet, we're told that "these are the chosen people of God, these are God's chosen people. If we bless them, God will bless us, if we curse them, God will curse us. They are the wonderful, special chosen ones of God." Well, not according to the Bible. They might physically be Israelites, but spiritually, they are sodomites, spiritually they're Egyptians. And this goes perfectly with Galatians 4, which taught that spiritually, the Jews are Ishmael, not Isaac. So, physical ethnicity, the Bible is real clear, the flesh profiteth nothing. And the fact that they might physically descend from Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, with a heavy emphasis on the word "might"- descend from Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, is totally irrelevant to their spiritual standing before God. They are NOT God's people, they are spiritually of Sodom and Gomorrah, they're spiritually of Egypt, they're spiritually of Ishmael. Israel Moment #43 - Israel is the Cursed Fig Tree - Hello this is Pastor Steven Anderson from Faithful Word Baptist Church in Tempe, Arizona. Today I want to talk about Mathew chapter 21, verses 18 through 20, where the Bible reads "Now in the morning as he returned into the city, he hungered. And when he saw a fig tree in the way, he came to it, and found nothing thereon, but leaves only, and said unto it, Let no fruit grow on thee henceforward forever. And presently the fig tree withered away. And when the disciples saw it, they marvelled, saying, How soon is the fig tree withered away!" Now a very common theme amongst Zionists, is that they like to talk about Israel as being the fig tree, and they say that "in 1948, we witnessed the re-blossoming of the Fig tree!" They try to import that concept into Mathew 24, as being some kind of an "end- times fulfillment of prophecy, the the re-blossoming of the Fig tree." And they say "the Fig tree is Israel." Of course, Mathew 24, teaches no such thing. But if you want to talk about Israel being the Fig tree, here we have a great illustration of Israel, when Jesus comes to a Fig tree, in the spring time, and he seeks Figs, he seeks fruit on that tree, he finds no fruit. And he curses the Fig tree, and he says "let no fruit grow on thee henceforward forever." "FOREVER." And the tree withers away, and it's never going to produce fruit again. - That Fig tree represents Israel. Jesus Christ came to Israel seeking for fruit, he found none, and now it's going to wither away, it's going to be cursed. It's never coming back, the Bible is clear. A lot of people say "well, Israel is just on the shelf right now, God is going to go back to dealing with them, they're going to come back to the Lord", and so forth. Well, according to this parable- and I'm going to back it up with some teachings a little later in the chapter- according to this parable of the Fig tree, or incident with the Fig tree... It's clear that henceforward forever they're not going to bear fruit, they're done. But look just a few verses down in verse 33, Jesus gives another parable. " Hear another parable: There was a certain householder, which planted a vineyard, and hedged it round about, and digged a winepress in it, and built a tower, and let it out to husbandmen, and went into a far country: And when the time of the fruit drew near, he sent his servants to the husbandmen, that they might receive the fruits of it. And the husbandmen took his servants, and beat one, and killed another, and stoned another. Again, he sent other servants more than the first: and they did unto them likewise. But last of all he sent unto them his son, saying, They will reverence my son." - Can you figure out where this parable is going? God has this vineyard that He is working in, and He keeps sending His servants the prophets... He keeps sending husbandmen. And they killed one, they beat one, they stoned another... Then finally He sends unto these people His Son, saying "they will reverence my Son." "But when the husbandmen saw the son, they said among themselves, This is the heir; come, let us kill him, and let us seize on his inheritance. And they caught him, and cast him out of the vineyard, and slew him. When the lord therefore of the vineyard cometh, what will he do unto those husbandmen? They say unto him, He will miserably destroy those wicked men, and will let out his vineyard unto other husbandmen, which shall render him the fruits in their seasons." Listen to what Jesus says. Therefore say I unto you, The kingdom of God shall be taken from you, and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof." So right there we see this parable, where the nation of Israel is likened unto a vineyard, and God wants to get some fruit from that vineyard. And He keeps sending His servants the prophets, those are the husbandmen, to try to get fruit from the vineyard. Finally He sends His Son, and what do they do? They kill His Son. And what is He going to do? He is miserably going to destroy those murderers, He is going to destroy their city, and it says, He is going to let out His vineyard unto other husbandmen, which shall render Him the fruits in their season. Jesus then interprets it for them. He says "therefore, the kingdom of God, shall be taken from you, and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof." - Today, Zionists say "oh, but they're coming back! Pastor Anderson, the re-blossoming of the Fig tree, in 1948!" No. The Fig tree withered away. He said it would never bring forth fruit forever. Here, with this parable, do we see these husbandmen being brought back later to handle the vineyard again? No, He says He is going to miserably destroy those murderers, and He is going to give the vineyard unto somebody else. It doesn't talk about them coming back. - And then a few verses later, it says "And when the chief priests and Pharisees had heard his parables, they perceived that he spake of them." They understood that Jesus was referring to the Jews, the Pharisees, and the people who rejected him. He is actually prophesying his own death here, because he talks about the son being sent and being killed. That hadn't happened yet. But he is making it real clear that the kingdom of God is going to be taken from them, and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof, not that they themselves will later change their mind and produce fruit. - That's not found in any of these scriptures, that's not a New Testament teaching. It comes from a perversion and misunderstanding of Romans 11, the whole rest of the New Testament makes it clear that God was done with the Physical nation of Israel, and that he's turned unto the gentiles in the New Testament. The only time the Israelites are coming back, is when they're resurrected for the millennium. That's what Romans 11 actually teaches, he talks about the fact that in the millennium, when all the dead in Christ, all those who are saved from Old and New Testament are all resurrected... Then the physical nation of Israel will again enjoy the land, because they will be all saved Christians, who are enjoying it. So again, this is just another clear scripture that teaches that the kingdom of God has been taken from the nation of Israel, and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof. Why? Israel Moment #44 - The "Re-blossoming Fig Tree" Fraud - Hello this is Pastor Steven Anderson from Faithful Word Baptist Church in Tempe, Arizona. Today I want to talk about Luke 13, verses 6 through 9. Now in the last video, we talked about "the cursed Fig tree", and how it represented the nation of Israel, we showed how just a few verses later, there were parables given that talked about the kingdom of God being taken from the nation of Israel, and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof. The Fig tree represented Israel. God came seeking fruit, he sent his own Son, the Bible said, to seek fruit thereof, and when fruit was not found, Jesus Cursed that Fig tree, and said that there would no fruit grow on it "from henceforward forever." This flies in the face of those who teach that in the end-times the nation of Israel is going to turn back to the Lord Jesus Christ, and so forth. - Listen to Luke 13, verse 6. We have another parable of the Fig tree, which represents Israel. It says "He spake also this parable; A certain man had a fig tree planted in his vineyard; and he came and sought fruit thereon, and found none. Then said he unto the dresser of his vineyard, Behold, these three years I come seeking fruit on this fig tree, and find none: cut it down; why cumbereth it the ground? And he answering said unto him, Lord, let it alone this year also, till I shall dig about it, and dung it: And if it bear fruit, well: and if not, then after that thou shalt cut it down." So, here we see another parable pretty much showing the same thing. Remember all the parables about Israel where He keeps coming and seeking fruit and it's not there, He keeps sending servants, finally He sends His own Son... Well here is another parable about the Lord of the vineyard, He has a got a Fig tree, it's not producing fruit. He said "look, 3 years, and it's not producing fruit!". The servant intercedes and says to Him. "let's just dig around it, let's dung it, let's give it one more chance, and if it does not bear fruit, then we're gonna cut it down." And again, this is about Israel, if we compare it with the other parables. - And so we see that Israel, because it did not produce the fruit that God wanted it to produce, was cut down. People want to talk all day long about the "re-blossoming of the Fig-tree in Mathew 24, when Israel became a nation in 1948." Mathew 24 says NO SUCH THING. There's nothing like that in Mathew 24. Mathew 24 talks about the stars falling like the figs falling out of a Fig tree. And then He talks about the fact that when you see the Fig tree, you know that summer is near at hand, so likewise you when you see these things come to pass, you'll know it's at the door. What things? The sun and moon being darkened and the stars falling... Not Israel becoming a nation in 1948. But there's this whole big made up teaching that you hear over and over again from Zionists about the "re-blossoming of the Fig tree! The re-blossoming of the Fig-tree!" According to the teachings of Jesus, the Fig tree would never bear fruit again, it withered away right then and there. In this parable, the fig tree is cut down. No mention of it being re- planted, or bringing forth fruit at a later date. This teaching just doesn't add up with scripture. Israel Moment #45 - They are NOT All Israel which are of Israel - Hello this is Pastor Steven Anderson from Faithful Word Baptist Church in Tempe, Arizona. Today I want to talk about Galatians chapter 6, verses 15 and 16, where the Bible reads "For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision, but a new creature. And as many as walk according to this rule, peace be on them, and mercy, and upon the Israel of God." And I want to draw attention to that phrase, "the Israel of God'. Let's look at Romans chapter 9, verse 6 through 8, to see what God meant by that. It says "Not as though the word of God hath taken none effect. For they are not all Israel, which are of Israel: Neither, because they are the seed of Abraham, are they all children: but, In Isaac shall thy seed be called. That is, They which are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of God: but the children of the promise are counted for the seed." Notice in verse 6 He said "they are not all Israel which are of Israel." - He is saying "just because they are physically descended from Israel the person, does not make them Israel in God's sight." That's why the Bible uses the term "behold, Israel AFTER THE FLESH." That's referring to the physical nation of Israel, the ethnic children of Israel. But then He contrasts that in Galatians 6 with "the Israel of God", the spiritual nation of Israel. And that spiritual nation of Israel is made up of all believers, Ephesians 2 made that crystal clear. In the very first Israel moment, I went over that. But here in Romans 9, He explains that the children of the flesh are not the children of God. It's the children of the promise that are counted for the seed, therefore they are not all Israel, which are of Israel. - So when you look at a statement like "all Israel shall be saved", you have to ask yourself, "are we referring to the physical ethnic nation of Israel, or are we referring to the Israel of God, the spiritual nation of Israel?" Well it makes a lot more sense that it would be referring to the spiritual nation, because of course we know that the Israel of God is made up of all those who are saved, who are a new creature in Christ Jesus. Then it makes perfect sense. So the Bible says in Galatians chapter 6, "Peace be on the Israel of God." And some people will look at that and say that there are two peoples of God, "there's the physical nation of Israel, and there is the spiritual nation of Israel." But remember, the flesh profiteth nothing. It's meaningless in the New Testament to be a part of that physical nation of Israel. You've got to be a part of the spiritual nation in order to be a part of God's people. Israel Moment #46 - God is NOT with Israel's Armies - Hello this is Pastor Steven Anderson from Faithful Word Baptist Church in Tempe, Arizona. And today I want to talk about Psalm 44. Let's start reading in verse number 4 where the Bible reads " Thou art my King, O God: command deliverances for Jacob. Through thee will we push down our enemies: through thy name will we tread them under that rise up against us. For I will not trust in my bow, neither shall my sword save me. But thou hast saved us from our enemies, and hast put them to shame that hated us. In God we boast all the day long, and praise thy name for ever. Selah." A lot of people will point to scriptures like this about God defending Israel in battle in the Old Testament, and they will try to apply that to the unbelieving, Christ-rejecting nation of Israel today in the middle east. - I've even heard many people say, that the evidence for the legitimacy of Israel in God's sight, is the fact that they've won all these military battles, and there were "all these miracles where God stepped in and fought for Israel! And that PROVES that God is still blessing Israel. Even though they blaspheme and hate the Lord Jesus Christ, God is STILL blessing Israel! They're still God's chosen people!" And they'll use those military victories and so-called "military miracles" as evidence for that. But that is not a scriptural teaching whatsoever. And in fact if we keep reading a little further in Psalm 44, you'll see why. It says in verse number 9, "But thou hast cast off". See in verses 4 through 8, he was talking about in the PAST, how God had defended Israel. In verse 1 of the chapter, he said "we've heard with our ears, O God, our fathers have told us what work thou didst in their days in the times of old." So back in the old days, God was fighting for Israel, and they were defeating their enemies. But then let's fast forward to present day, verse 9, "But thou hast cast off, and put us to shame; and goest not forth with our armies." So at this time in Israel's history that this Psalm is being written, the author is saying that God is not going with their armies. - Now let me ask you something. If God was not going with their armies at this time, why in the world would God be going with their armies, when they are worshiping a false god, when they have rejected the Lord Jesus Christ? There's no way. It would be inconsistent with all the teachings of the Old Testament. He says in verse 9, " But thou hast cast off, and put us to shame; and goest not forth with our armies. Thou makest us to turn back from the enemy: and they which hate us spoil for themselves. Thou hast given us like sheep appointed for meat; and hast scattered us among the heathen. Thou sellest thy people for nought, and dost not increase thy wealth by their price. Thou makest us a reproach to our neighbours, a scorn and a derision to them that are round about us. Thou makest us a byword among the heathen, a shaking of the head among the people." And on and on. According to Romans 11, 1 through 7, unbelieving Israel has been cast off. It's only the remnant, the small remnant that has not been cast off. And that is the remnant according to the election of grace. The remnant that believes on the Lord Jesus Christ. So this idea of "God going with Israel's armies", today, when they are in unbelief, when they reject the Lord Jesus Christ, is a total fraud. These "miracles" that they talk about are not miracles at all. They're a hoax. Israel Moment #47 - Pray for the Peace of Jerusalem - Hello this is Pastor Steven Anderson from Faithful Word Baptist Church in Tempe, Arizona. And today I want to talk about Psalm 122, verse 6, which reads "Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall prosper that love thee." A lot of people will quote this scripture unto Christians and say "we need to pray for the peace of Jerusalem, if we want to prosper, we need to LOVE Jerusalem." Now first of all, let me say this... There is a prayer that I think would be appropriate to pray for those that are living over in Israel, and that is that they would be saved! Since 99% of them reject the Lord Jesus Christ as their saviour, we should do like the apostle Paul said in Romans chapter 1. He said "Brethern, my heart's desire, and prayer to God for Israel, is that they might be saved." If they're going to have the peace which passeth all understanding, it's only going to come through salvation, which only comes through believing in the Lord Jesus Christ. - So that is the prayer that would actually make sense, if we prayed that the people in Israel would believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and be saved, and have peace. But a lot of people will try to twist this scripture, and try to use this to say that "we need to just pray for the prosperity of Jerusalem, seek their good, and that they would be protected from all their enemies and that they would win the victory over there in the middle east, and be blessed by God." That is not what this passage teaches, because if we read it in its context, it says "Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall prosper that love thee. Peace be within thy walls, and prosperity within thy palaces." But look at the next two verses. "For my BRETHREN and COMPANIONS' sakes, I will now say, Peace be within thee. Because of the HOUSE OF THE LORD OUR GOD I will seek thy good." So people are just isolating that one phrase "seek their good!" And they're not even realizing the reason that we would seek their good is because of the house of the Lord our God. But here's the problem, they don't have the house of the Lord any longer! - The Old Testament temple was destroyed, and in the New Testament, the Bible makes it clear that the local church is the house of God. That we as God's people, when we assemble together, make up the house of God in the New Testament. NOT a physical building that was destroyed in AD 70. So the Bible says "because of the house of the Lord our God, I will seek thy good." So my question is, why would we seek their good, when the house of God is no longer there? Why would we seek their good, when they don't believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and are therefore under the wrath of God? The only thing that we should seek for them, is that they would be saved, which would be good for them. But, when people have a lot of prosperity, and things go well for them, they're less likely to get saved. So why would we pray for God to give material prosperity and bless them militarily, that they would be secure and winning the battle over there, when they're not saved? And they don't have the house of God, and they are not our brethren and companions, because they are unbelievers? So, we need to be careful how we interpret this passage in Psalm 122 verse 6. "Pray for the peace of Jerusalem", should be a prayer that they would believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and be saved. Israel Moment #48 - Let the Unbelieving Jews be Anathema - Hello this is Pastor Steven Anderson from Faithful Word Baptist Church in Tempe, Arizona. And today I want to talk about 1st Corinthians chapter 16, verse 22, where the Bible reads "If any man love not the Lord Jesus Christ, let him be anathema, maranatha." Now that word "anathema", has to do with being cursed, and the word "maranatha", has to do with the return of our Lord Jesus Christ. So what the Bible is saying here is that if any man love not the Lord Jesus Christ, let him be anathema. It's a curse upon that person, for not loving the Lord Jesus Christ. Now a lot of people today will tell us that the Jews are under the blessing of God, and God will bless those who bless them, and curse those who curse them. But here we see in 1st Corinthians 16:22, a curse placed upon the unbelieving Jews. - Those Jews who do not believe in the Lord Jesus Christ are anathema, they are under the wrath of God, they are under the curse of God. And if God were going to "bless those that bless the Jews, and curse those who curse the Jews", would a curse be upon the apostle Paul for saying "anathema" here? Or would a curse be upon the Holy Spirit for saying "anathema"? Of course not. because the promise "I will bless those who bless you, and curse those who curse you", was made unto Abraham, and to his seed, which is Christ. All those who are in Christ are blessed with faithful Abraham. Now truly, in the Old Testament, God would bless those who blessed the nation of Israel, when they were worshiping the true God, and curse those who cursed Israel, when they were the people of God, when they were worshiping the true God. Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, those who followed them that were believing. - Those who turned away and worshiped other gods though were not under that blessing even in the Old Testament. Now, the scripture is clear in this verse, it doesn't say "if any GENTILE man love not the Lord Jesus Christ let him be anathema." No. It just says "if ANY man." That would include Jew, Gentile. That would include white, black. It says "if ANY man love not the Lord Jesus Christ, let him be anathema." Israel Moment #49 - Ashkenazi Jews are Actually Gentiles Hello this is Pastor Steven Anderson from Faithful Word Baptist Church in Tempe, Arizona. Today I want to talk about Genesis chapter 10, verses 2 through 5 where the Bible reads "The sons of Japheth; Gomer, and Magog, and Madai, and Javan, and Tubal, and Meshech, and Tiras. And the sons of Gomer; Ashkenaz, and Riphath, and Togarmah. And the sons of Javan; Elishah, and Tarshish, Kittim, and Dodanim. By these were the isles of the GENTILES divided in their lands; every one after his tongue, after their families, in their nations." Now the reason that I read those scriptures to you, is that they clearly state that Ashkenazi is one of the Gentile nations. Now, 80 to 85% of today's so-called "jewry", those who claim to be Jews today...80-85% of them are what is known as "Ashkenazi Jews". An "Ashkenazi Jew" is so named because he primarily descends from this guy in the Bible named "Ashkenaz", which is clearly listed as one of the Gentile nations. Now the reason for this is that there was a nation of people who were of Japheth, who were Europeans, white people known as "the Khazars". And in the eighth century after Christ, the whole nation of the Khazars turned unto Judaism, they converted unto the religion of Judaism. Of course it is a false, Christ-rejecting religion. And for a few hundred years, the empire of the Khazars was a power in eastern Europe, and they followed the religion of Judaism. But eventually they were defeated by the Russians, and they were scattered into eastern Europe. And so a lot of the eastern European "Jews" today, are the descendants of the Khazars. And in fact, DNA testing has even confirmed that the Ashkenazi Jews have about 80% of their genetics, and 80% of their ancestry from Europeans. And the other 20% would be middle eastern. So, today's so-called "Jews", the Ashkenazi's, which again, like I said, is 80-85% of so-called Jews in the world today. AND, it is the primary type of Jew that immigrated into the nation of Israel in Palestine. And it is also the primary type of Jew that is living in the United States today by far. So these Ashkenazi "Jews", according to the Bible, are actually Gentiles. And I'm not the one calling them "Ashkenazi Jews", you can even go to wikipedia and type in "Ashkenazi Jews", and it will explain these things to you. You can talk to a Rabbi, and you can talk to whoever you want, and you'll find out that these Ashkenazi "Jews" are the descendants of converts to Judaism. And the reason that that is significant is that a lot of Christian Zionists today, they claim that these "Jews" are God's chosen people, because of the fact that they descend from Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. But in reality, they don't descend from Abraham, Isaac and Jacob any more than you or I do, okay? They have some blood mixed in from Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, from intermarrying with other Jews, but so do the rest of us Europeans. Primarily they are white Europeans. They are not middle eastern Jews. And that's why when you look at those in Hollywood today that are so-called "Jews", they don't look like middle eastern people, they look like white people, because they are the descendants of WHITE converts to Judaism, Caucasian converts, Khazars... That's why they're called Ashkenazi because they are of Japheth.
