Rep. Dean Phillips (D-MN), an insurgent Democrat seeking to primary President Joe Biden is the proverbial "canary in the coal mine" signaling the alarm about what he feels is the strong possibility that former President Donald Trump will win in 2024. Even despite an on-air struggle session with CNN early in the morning on primary day in New Hampshire, Phillips pushed back against the DNC disenfranchising voters and turning a primary process into a coronation.
