NSA LIES about Post-Quantum Encryption!

We need to protect our data from future attacks from quantum computers NOW. The NSA apparently doesn't want us to, because they're recording all of our encrypted data in the hopes of breaking it in the future. A hybrid approach to encryption is necessary, but the NSA and GCHQ are spreading LIES to discourage it.
