Michigan-born Madonna is finding herself in hot water with fans during her latest tour.

She is being sued for showing up an hour to two hours late for many of her shows, including her latest in Detroit, leaving fans waiting hours, and not getting out of her shows until the early morning.

The lawsuit alleges a breach of their contract, false advertising, and negligent misrepresentation.

Madonna and Live Nation have responded, both saying they will strongly be fighting back against the lawsuit.
