A recent Rasmussen poll suggests that what Angelo Codevilla documented in 2014 was no better and perhaps worse today than ten years prior. Codevilla called it the Ruling Class and the Country Class. Pundits referencing the recent Rasmussen poll are more succinct, but there is no difference between the two. It's US vs Them.
