Attorney Sarah Howard wants the court to release the video and transcript of the judge

Howard represents Ottawa County Administrative Health Office Adeline Hambley and says the county commission agreed to pay her the money to resign. She says the public needs to see that a county commissioner and county attorney David Kallman misrepresented the decision after it was made in a closed session. The county commission voted to approve the deal November 6th.
