How much protein should I consume?
For strength training and muscular hypertrophy purposes, the recommendation is generally at least 1.5 g/kg. That means for every kilogram of bodyweight (1 kg = 2.2 kg), 1.5 grams of protein are often recommended. This recommendations sometimes increase to 2.0 g/kg.
