Husbands! Love does not rest on reciprocation it is a commitment based in God and is directed toward your selfless expression of good toward your wife. Your love is not based on her and what she can or does give you! If we are told to love our enemies by Christ how much more are we to love our wives regardless of their love or even lack thereof for and toward us.
