Anniversary to my healing!

🕊️ I began my @medicalmedium healing journey on 1st November 2021, and have since healed over 30 health symptoms from the 40+ symptoms I was battling with for most of my life!

🙌 In addition to eating only healing foods, I had also removed all chemicals/toxins, and fragrances from my home, l also eliminated all troublemaker foods from the start and haven't had a cheat day in the past two years.
I've finished one mono cleanse and four advanced 3:6:9 cleanses. I haven't skipped a day in the morning cleanse routine and have stayed raw until dinner time.

🍋 Lemon water - 723 days
🍵 Celery juice - 730 days
🫐 Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie - 719 days (this amount included missing a week for the mono cleanse & the 4 x Day 9's of the advanced 3:6:9 cleanses)
🧂❌ Salt, fat, grain free - 256 days
Liver Rescue Smoothie - 256 days for lunch without missing a day!

🕊️Chronic asthma, severe depression, 90% PTSD, anxiety & panic attacks, heart palpitations, chronic headaches, chronic fatigue, addictions, abnormal Papsmear, severe allergies, sinus issues, vertigo, premenstrual issues, 95% excessive perspiration, severe mood swings, anaemia, hand shaking/tremors, UTI’s, bad odour, 95% cold sores, heartburn/acid reflux, bruising easily, chronic constipation, bad eyesight (don’t need my glasses anymore), eye twitching, earaches, tonsillitis, mild tinnitus, sciatica pain, arthritis, carpal tunnel, trigger finger, eczema, granuloma anulare, repetitive strain injury, severe bleeding gums, 90% receding gums, sensitive teeth, insomnia, nervous breakdowns, being dizzy, restless legs, blackouts & 90% numbness in hands, arms, feet and no more back and neck pain (I only had 75% usage of my neck from a car accident about 20 years ago and had disc bulge’s and nerve impingement which I needed surgery for and now I no longer have pain or need surgery anymore, I have 100% usage of my neck now!!)
