Norwich Police Target our addicts, psycho cop attacks me for asking questions

Norwich CT, Norwich PD. I have not found a lot of great officers here. The more time I spend out here, the more I find. But overall, it seems the bad outweighs the good so far. As you'll see here. This guy is crazy and should not be working for the public. He clearly is unhinged and needs to be on some sort of medicine. He threw me in cuffs for an infraction because I hurt his feelings not because he was scared, scared of what? You have my id of course. I'm going to follow you to your vehicle. Look, I did, and he still managed to pocket it. This is not acceptable behavior, and like I said, I wonder how many people are sitting in jail because of this 🤡, that did nothing wrong.
