Run Silent, Run Deep 1958 Clark Gable

Run Silent, Run Deep (1958) is a classic World War II submarine thriller starring Clark Gable and Burt Lancaster. Gable plays Commander P.J. Richardson, a haunted submarine captain obsessed with sinking the Japanese destroyer Akikaze, nicknamed "Bungo Pete," which destroyed his previous command and took the life of his best friend.
