In this episode, we are joined by Scott Friedenburg and Ruck It Up 4 Warriors. Scott is working hard to get the word out about veteran suicides and mental health, and he is using the rucks not only as a way to share the word but also as a way to build community and keep brothers and sisters connected. By Getting Involved with Scott and his mission, we can save more lives. We also have Chris Turner on this show, and he is sharing some of the best of his music, and then we get to preview a new song that he has been working very hard on. Chris is a hard-working musician who has the desire to provide entertainment for all of us through his musical talent. In this episode, we will share the songs, Take You Out, All in the Same Boat, and You One of Us.
