"American" base that was hit, not in Jordan but in Syria

The Russia Today News Agency claims that the "American" base that was hit wasn't in Jordan, but in the Syrian area which is illegally occupied by the US, and that ISIS uses "American" bases there to launch attacks on Syria's army.
