Do one hard thing everyday, for the next 60 days!

Today we're going to take a break from the heavy stuff, given it's January 29th and if you're like most folks who make New Years resolutions you've likely broken most if not all of them already. That's why I'm challenging you today to do something hard and or challenging or give up one of your guilt pleasures for the next 60 days. I'll share with you what it is for me and how I'm doing at the 15 day mark.
