U of I Pride Lawsuit

Recently three LGBTQ identifying law students filed allegations against the University of Idaho claiming that the University staff has engaged in a pattern of discrimination. We analyze key points like racial incidents attributed to fellow students and claims of physical assault and we strongly advocate for justice and a thorough, fair assessment by the courts, while also debating the issues surrounding the lawsuit.
