Cognitive Impairment After "Virus" And Three COVID Vaccines

Charlene did not take any COVID vaccines. Her husband Ted took three COVID vaccines. Ted now has cognitive impairment and cerebral small vascular disease over his entire brain. Blood tests show high auto-immune issues, but no symptoms. At times he was short of breath and could not bike like he did previously. A blood d-dimer test showed blood clots in his legs and lungs. His wife is healthy.
