Bodega Gun Grab: Is THIS Lawful Self-Defense?

An argument between two men in a bodega goes ballistic when one of them pulls a handgun.

Unfortunately for him, this turns out to be a poor decision, as the other fellow simply takes the handgun from him.

Worse, the other fellow then proceeds to shoot the aggressor to the ground, firing at least five additional shots into him as he lays there.

Could this be lawful self-defense? Murder? Manslaughter?
