Uh oh, Mark! In a tense twitter exchange between some of the biggest names on the "X" platform, Mark Cuban seems to admit to violating federal law with his commitment to implementing left-wing DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) ideology into his companies' hiring policies.

He was even fact-checked by the Commissioner of the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission...Yikes!
