Andrew Bridgen MP replies to John Harding - The challenge is on!

The English Constitution Society and its members are challenging parliaments erroneous declaration that it is sovereign. When a convention parliament law; The English Bill of Rights 1689 and one of the framers of that law, Lord John Somers the keeper of the great seal of England says it is not. The people, the constitution and the courts are sovereign. The powers of separation are there for a reason.
