Misbehavior in the Shasta County Chambers

This man has a long record of disrupting business in the Shasta County Board of Supervisors. On; January 30, 2024, during the first 2 hours he decided to yell at Supervisor Kevin Crye from the back of the room. Supervisor Crye had to give an unscheduled break for 15 minutes. This time there wasn't a Shasta County Deputy Sheriff to deal with him. Later, after the Board resumed the meeting, two deputies did show up and stayed till the recess period.
