CGS 52-434 State Referees...NO AUTHORITY...VOID, VOID, VOID

State Referees have to be appointed "in the manner prescribed by law for the appointment of a judge of the court of which such judge is a member".
To put it simply, same legal process as becoming a Judge.
Such as Judicial Selection Committee interview, recommendation, Governor selection, vote by the Legislature...Corrupticut has not done it. NO AUTHORITY...FICTION JUDGE...VOID it ALL.
