"Flexibility ❤️Series 1/25/24🤸‍♀️"

I took a bit longer than usual to edit this Series because, just 3 days later (on 1/28/24), I performed a Livestream Flexibility Series where I upped the backbend-kickover sequence to 7 instead of my usual 6 in succession (and then 4 instead of 3)
But, I also decided to throw in a backbend/hands-to-heels in its entirety (not just a few seconds of it)

6 backbend-kickovers in sequence

3 backbend-kickovers in sequence

Backbend-kickover to frontlimber (4)

Frontlimbers to ankle-grab in the backbend position

Cyrwheel split/stand scale with leg hold

1 arm straddle L hold in the cyr

Wall splits/oversplits to arch-back ankle hold
