15 Pound Smoked Brisket - recteq Smoker

We 😍 BBQ on the ranch and today my son-in-law Joey smoked a 15 # brisket on our recteq pellet smoker. Simply add sale and black pepper and smoke at 225 degrees. When the internal temp reaches 160 degrees then wrap it and put back into the smoker until the internal hit 200 degrees. Then you got to let it rest for 2 hours. Slice and enjoy! BBQqqqqqqqq!
