Breakfast Country Skillet Goes Handheld. You're Welcome World!

I made another crazy burrito. This one was very personal for me. I love a Country Skillet and have not had one in a couple of years. This burrito scratched that itch! It's a simple potatoes, onions, sausage, gravy and eggs skillet with some hot sauce in a 12-inch flour tortilla. What's not to like about that? Enjoy!

Country Gravy Recipe:
3 tbsp of Fat (combo of sausage drippings and butter)
3 tbsp AP Flour
2 cups Whole Milk
Pinch of Salt
1/8 tsp fresh ground Black Pepper
