With a spotlight on the U.N. Security Council, as most of its members demand an end to the killing in Gaza, will the Biden administration continue its support for the brutal collective punishment of the Palestinian people inflicted by the Netanyahu regime, after the International Court of Justice issued provisional measures that such killing must end?
