In key west an ordinary day turns into a day of chaos when a Louisiana man named Bailey Richard aged 27 year old caused a hit and run car crash,
police officers and medical personnel arrived at the scene where the suspect seems to be under the influence of narcotics,
what transpired after that was even more chaotic as this man attempted to escape from custody at the hospital he was being treated at for the second time and this is what went down that day.

Bailey Richard faces 4 felony charges and 2 misdemeanors including hit and run, possessing five or more fake identification cards attempted escape from custody and possessing drugs and drug paraphernalia.
