State Troopers caught trying to cover cops dui, Connecticut

Following his 500-day suspension, Delgado has been suspended by the department at least four more times and has had nine substantiated complaints made against him since 2003.

According to his comprehensive employee report, he was suspended three days for incompetence, unbecoming behavior, and violation of rules in 2003. In 2011, he was suspended five days for violating and failing to conform to department rules. In 2012, he was suspended for 10 days for unbecoming conduct.

In 2015, Kulhawik ordered Delgado to undergo counseling for instances of insubordination and neglect of duty. and they still feel like he's fit to be out. this is what the union is for and does. to protect and keep these criminals raking in money for the state. look at all the links at the bottom and how often these officers from Norwalk are being arrested, charged.

This arrest was on August 8th, 2019. The arrests of the 4 officers in CT this weekend for drinking and driving and having had me doing some digging. Looks like the same thing happened in 2019, except most of those cops were leaving cop functions. This guy cause an accident and took off. That's not horrible. Troopers are supposed to act. But again, it seems like a normal thing. Wer just covered a female state trooper who did the same exact thing just in a patrol car. But they let her off easy to. The state troopers should be fired for the way they conduct themselves. Where's the internal affairs report? I can't find proof they did one, never mind results. This shoes the corruption, how it's not about us, or public safety, it's all about them at any cost. This is for news and educational purposes.
