Former Fan of NORMALBOOTS reacts to their FAILURE!! || SPACEBOX

Once upon a time, I was a fan of NormalBoots. But they didn't innovate and EASILY AVOIDABLE controversy struck. I don't understand why people don't realize their actions online are for the world to see and what they do and say will affect their business.
