Make Your Own Delicious Tilapia Burger At Home!

Instructions:
Prepare the Tilapia Patties:
If using frozen tilapia fillets, make sure they are fully thawed. Pat them dry with paper towels.
In a food processor, combine the tilapia fillets, breadcrumbs, red onion, garlic, parsley, egg, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Pulse until well combined, but be careful not to over-process; you want some texture.
Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into burger-sized patties.
Cook the Patties:
Bake at 350 for 20minutes or
Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat and add a small amount of cooking oil.
Place the tilapia patties in the pan and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and cooked through. The internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C).
