How do you deal with grief? 🥲 When my father died 12 years ago, I quit my job because he had been a doctor since he was a teen, whereas I had never followed my dreams, so I dared change and became a humanitarian clown with Patch Adams. When my brother died seven years ago, I felt the urgency to fulfill my life healing mission, so I began writing a self-help book. And now that Mom has departed, I no longer can afford to censor myself and want to express my emotions freely. So this morning, finally it's sunny and I can go on a freezing snowrun. I ran 8km at -12°C Feb 4th 2024 Barechest 🙊 in shorts no gloves or hat. I needed it, I felt to clean something out of my body, to experience freedom, aliveness. I felt Mom had given this beautiful sunny day to run, so I ran for her, my brother and my father, and for everyone who might be grieving. Life is such an amazing gift. I grieve by honoring the people who passed way by becoming a better person. How do you deal with grief? Love you ❤❤❤ xxx Guy
