Mickey talks to an exceptionally tough Brit, Lawrence Dunning. He was born and raised in London, England and studied finance. He worked as a trader in London, Amsterdam, New York and settled down in Chicago. There he started his own trading company, retired at the age of 30 and eventually entered real estate.

While in Chicago Dunning trained BJJ under Carlson Gracie Sr., winning the Chicago Golden Gloves in 2006. He competed around the world and won the British Championships and NoGi Worlds in 2016. Now Lawrence is a 2nd Degree Jiujitsu Black Belt under Jay Valko.
