3 large potatoes
Prick with a fork, grease with vegetable oil and wrap in foil
Place the potatoes on a baking tray and bake at 200°C for ~40-50 minutes
Cooking is a pleasure in my new oven!
~ 3 tablespoons olive oil
salt, pepper, dry garlic, paprika
1/2 tablespoon Parmesan
100-120 grams of ham
let the potatoes cool down a bit
Fry the bacon crispy
small bunch of spring onions
200-250g of mozzarella
Halve the potatoes lengthways
Remove the soft part from the potatoes
Place the potato boats on a baking sheet, under the bacon
grease the potatoes with fragrant oil
add half of the chopped crispy bacon to the mashed potatoes
add the onion and half the cheese
200 grams of sour cream
mix everything well
Fill the potato boats with potato filling
distribute the rest of the cheese
bake for another 15 minutes
Garnish with the remaining bacon and herbs
The stuffed potatoes are absolutely delicious!
