Here is Part 22 of the ‘Left Foot Buildup’ series!

In this video, I repeat a steady back-beat with my hands, and combine it with all possible 8th-note triplet patterns we can have in a single beat - from no notes to all three of them and back again - with my left foot, while at the same time performing the sixth of the eight patterns (the first and third notes of each triplet) with my right foot.

The entire series was recorded and filmed at my home studio in Thessaloniki, Greece.
