Welcome back to part two of this series. It looks like there's going to be a part three because being succinct has never been a forte of mine.

So in this video I'll be grinding the already heat treated 1095 knife blanks, putting a hollow grind on the belly and a flat grind on the tip. Hand sanding and handle scale installation will finish up this video. In the next video I'll be sharpening the knives as well as putting any final touches they may need.
