I used to have my pronouns in my bio…🙈

4 years ago this month I had my pronouns in my bio. I thought I was “doing my part” to make others not feel so alone. What I’ve learned over the course of the past 4 years, in becoming conservative and especially Christian, is that “compassion” without truth is not compassion at all. It’s a lie. It’s enabling. It makes ME feel good for the moment, but furthers the other person in his own destruction.
True compassion is speaking and acting truthfully, with grace.
