Every year the Psychopaths that are attempting to rule the world have a public ritual to invoke their evil god. Part of their magick involves the requirement to share their plan. The public MUST cooperate with their plans or they know it will fail. The ritual they perform is largely based on the twisted use of Hermeticism, Gnosticism, and Masonic Symbols.
