Rusty Axe Restoration - With Awesome VIKING engravings

In this video, I will show you how I restored this antique rusty axe head with a new handle.
A week ago, a man was walking in the jungle to collect wood. And he found an old rusty axe. He turned to me with a question - is it possible to restore this axe head, or is it better to throw it in a landfill?
After seeing this antique rusty axe, I decided to get to work. Inspiration came to me.
This old axe was in pretty rough shape and had very deep corrosion. I used Rust Remover, an angle grinder and it turned out very nice!

I also did a Lot of Grinding, hand Sanding, and polishing to get rid of all the scars and scratches after many hours of hard work.
I decided to add some very awesome Viking modifications and engravings to the axe head. Here's what happened in the end.
So I draw a fox to the axe head which I proceeded in Adobe photoshop and later Al to make a cool factor that I transferred to the CAD in my fibre laser system.
It is a complicated process and it takes many hours on the Laptop to get this Design right of the drawing, scaling, programming, and tiny adjustment to achieve a better engraving result by electrochemical etching (using a battery charger) and etching in a 5% solution of water and salt and after that, I engraved it into the axe head.

For the handle I make a new axe handle, I used Red Oak and epoxy to secure the head. I gave him black and red paint, then varnish
it's a project I've enjoyed the most so far.
