What is Terpological Protocol & Why should you Care? Be ur Own Bud tender, Follow my Protocol

I got so tired of visiting a dispensary and the "Bud tender" is little more than a Point of sales representative doing little more than those behind the register at McDonalds. Maybe that wouldn't run me so wrong, except the aura of Implied Authority many "bud tenders" believe they have holding their position. it isn't totally their fault though as the industry presents them as the go to for your answers, as the cannaseur with the answers. after a brief experience in the Industry in Maryland, it isn't a culture of having everyone maxing out their skills. Rather it's a culture of push the buttons and make.it happen, you don't need to know why. The level of paranoia around their "proprietary" systems, forcing extraction technicians into Non competes, even packagers, so they are stuck at that company. it all is related, and boils down to the fact that industry doesn't want intelligent well round d cannabis experts working in these positions, they want the minimal liability and that comes with minimal IQ. less responsibility, less issue. ergo there's always one "lead tech" and a "lead cultivator" and a "lead product manager" and all that lead word.meams is anyone without that word in their title, is meant to ask no questions and act like a good little robot. the less people who know things, even those operating the equipment, the less.liability. I was working on my protocol for personal reasons for a solid year prior to my experience in the Lab.
