The power to regulate everything in your life!

Why is it that those in government feel entitled to regulate just about every aspect of your life? The federal government claims the power to regulate what you eat, what medications you can use, and even the lightbulbs in your home.

After a recent court case, though, it seems one of those agencies may have bitten off more than it can chew.

The courts failure to consider the constitutionality of the Department of Energy leaves the American people with the false belief that the Department of Energy is legitimate and that its regulations have the force of law. This is in spite of previous court decisions to the contrary.
