Reason to not buy through Eventbrite: NO real customer service!

Since we no longer allowed EventBrite to manage our finances, we were forced to use an incorrect price tag on their platform in exchange for advertising out events there and subsequently our sales have gone downhill consistently.

But are you aware of the pitfalls with using Eventbrite?

This women shows frustration because she experienced NO real customer service! She has asked them for assistance on how to use certain features on the platform and she gave them a choice to respond by phone call or email, and they wouldn't help her AT ALL!
