Are they Evil?

Planned parenthood, sterilization,abortion and selective breeding. Margaret Sanger, its founder, had deep roots in eugenics and "weeding out" those unfit for society.Was it for the greater good or was it racism and a twisted ideology? Was it their way of playing god? Is eugenics still being implemented and just better disguised as woman's rights and pro choice?
