When Installing Games Developed by Bethesda Game Studios, some of the neccessary files for audio within the game, known as libraries, fail to install when you install the app. Well here is a quick guide in video Tutorial for finding the missing Direct X Libraries and Installing them for Fallout and Elder Scrolls Games!
