This video explains the concept of laundering, not just money, but people, ideas, discoveries, and authored works. This is done to protect control over the cattle, us. Anything that threatens their control has to be surprised, and everything that we create is considered their property. In order to extract what they see as their property, they emplace mechanisms of order to steal our creations without us being aware of it. This requires a system of laundering.
