A year and a half ago I started this channel and I talked about Cold Smoking Cheese. Since that time I have explored a number of various different ways that cold smoked And Hot smoked foods can be used, prepared, and enjoyed. But it occurs to me that we need to get back to basics and really get back to the roots: in other words, It’s All About the Cheese! So in today’s episode of Smokey Dave Presents, I will be smoking a variety of cheeses to make the ultimate comfort food: DEEP FRIED MAC AND CHEESE!

So today I will be making a very cheesy Mac And Cheese and allowing it to cool so it can be cut into bars which we will then coat and deep fry! So get your taste-buds ready!
