Where I live, it's raining again and cold so my mind wanders to summer where at least the rain is warm and nostalgia takes me to a time where innocent puppy love broods. Of course, this leads me down the path of Studio Ghibli. Hope you all enjoy and can relax to the soothing piano solo.

STEPS:
1 - Focus on hearing drops of rain and see yourself falling through the sky as a singular drop of rain while you practice your breath work.
2. Breathe in new energy through the nose / exhale stale energy through the mouth and hum if so desired
